Nice presentation. I carried a Gen2 31 for 20 years, so I am intimate with Glock. For the last few of those years I carried a P229 in 357Sig for after work. Also very intimate with it. I own 19s in Gen3 through 5; maybe 6 total. I have more P365 than I have fingers. In my hands (XL, size 12 ring on both hands) the 365 is a more comfortable, more natural fit. It doesn't pinch my wrist to hold sights on target. All Glocks, 9mm through 45, require me to bend my wrist so far in the direction of the tiny finger that it causes numbness by pinching the nerve bundle that goes into the hand. I sorta thought that was just the way things were until I went way back to using 1911s, then started using Sigs. have over a dozen from each manufacturer.
I agree. I hate the glock grips. Way to big for most people, myself included. I have owned 2 for many years. Never carry them anymore. Just way too big. Really wish glock would innovate and make some new guns. They have been surpassed by every other manufacturers innovation. The only bonus glock has is its track record of reliability.
I love Glock and Sig and have owned dozens of each. Sig P365 is my favorite now, the slimmer profile is so much more comfortable and easier to carry for me.
Accuracy test just shows that you have more time behind your Glock. Not to mention your grip has to change when shooting the sig thumbs dont need to point forward or wrist locked in that downward position and this would explain your grouping. The Glock shooting left has more to do with your placement of your pad of your finger, trigger squeeze and grip your pulling left with your left hand to compensate for the recoil. Overall a good review.
I bought my Gen 2 19 the first day they came out back in the 1980’s and still carrying it to this day. I’ve been thinking about maybe getting a P365 X version and a Holosun EPS optic ?
I would never take a Glock out of the box and carry it without shooting it first. I had two 43s that had failures to feed and one 19 that had ejecting issues. To their credit, Glock took care of repairing them, and after the repairs they worked, but I just didn’t trust them anymore. Now all I have are Sigs.
Sig is just as, or more reliable than Glock. Both are at the top of the Hierarchy. There will always be a debate. Glock vs. Sig. Why even compare one to the other? Just agree to disagree.
I strongly suggest you watch my Glock 43XMOS video before deciding to put an unproven GLOCK in your Holster and walking out the door with it. You may be surprised at the way the new GLOCKS reliability is now.
Great video Only thing I'll say is I feel the sig p320 line matches the g19 more I feel and the sig 365 line compares little better to the g43 g43x platform better
Well, the 365 xmacro tacops lines up more in comparison to the 19 i think. The 320 lines up a little closer to the 17 I feel like. The sig I'm showing here is a lot larger than the 43 or 43x
@@Samuel-vm7hn they are close, but the xmacro tacops is a little longer and little wider than the 43x. Plus 17rds in the sig vs 10rds in 43x. It's kinda in-between the 43x and the g19.
First recommendation is move. Lol, but seriously.. try to handle both and go with which onw feels the best to you. I'm going to say glock, but thats my gun of choice and sometimes feel I have an unintentionally bias. The sig is a great gun. You can't go wrong if you choose the one that fits you best, because you will always shoot it better if it feels right to you.
Glock I can attest to for the functioning dry as a bone. The Sig I'm still testing. It shoots dry at least, but I'm testing the cleaning part now. I have a glock that hasn't been cleaned in 4 years still going fine. Been about 6 months on the sig with no cleaning, still working fine

@@MandHTraining I’m a big fan of Glock as a matter of fact Glock and sig are my favorite. By behind I mean not modular still blocky frame and not having stock 15 round mags in g43x. The Glock knuckle is a real thing and I think Glock is lazy because they know people buy Glocks just because they’re brand loyal. All Glocks should come with night sights out of the box and the undercut for starters.
@@ghostfitness5605 That i 100% agree with. Zero reason not to have night sights as a standard feature. Glock im afraid will limit their sells by not catching up with the others on capacity. I really cant believe Sig can get 17rds in the Xmacro, while the G19 is still stuck on 15. My favorite Glock that i own is one i customized a bit. its the gen 4 17. I sanded off the finger grooves, made a much deeper undercut in the trigger guard, and re-stippled myself. I gun fits my hand like a glove now.
they just refuse to go with the 1.5 stack mags like everyone else for their slimline models, nothing else is different. They maintain that the polymer coating on the magazines is the reason they are so reliable but it takes up too much space to make it 1.5stack for their slimline models like 43x and 48
How is the felt recoil on the xmacro compared to the glock? The xmacro is about 2 oz lighter than the glock so it should have more recoil. I am a new shooter deciding my first pistol
I actually just watched a review where they used a computer set up to measure the amount of muzzle flip and the comp actually had more than the tac ops. I have the tac ops and recoil seems kinda light to me. I switched from a P30
100% agree with the confidence of taking it off the shelf and carrying it..Not that I recommend it, because you always want to test your carry ammo but in a pinch it’s the only gun I trust to do so….just got the 365 it shot very well only time will tell if it replaces my MR920L as the EDC……17 +1 in a thinner package means a lot to me J/S
First gun was a 19x love that gun but just a little too large for me to comfortably carry appendix ended up getting the legion p365, carries like a dream and not one malfunction yet after 1000 rounds through it. That being said if shit hit the fan the Glock would be my sidearm to my rifle and the sig a backup.
Thanks for the comparison, I love both glock and sig, both are great, I have the 19 Gen 4, but have been eyeing the sig p365 xmacro tacops, but was wondering how it feels for edc/ccw? It says the flare magwell is detachable on the sig if you want a slimmer profile, is it easy to remove/put back on?
Very easy to remove, and will print less than the Glock 19 without the magwell. I carry in an Alien Gear or a We The People IWB holster, and both carry really well. The Sig might get a slight advantage due to the width.
I’m with you on the Glock, as soon as I open It I can confidently carry it. But the sig feels so good in the hand and I’ve been eying that thing as well. Good video man. All these other videos are bs and marketing
The sig feels amazing in the hand. Especially with that mag well adaptor, it's like it pushes your hand to the perfect grip each time. I just tend to shoot Glocks better it seems. Thanks for the kind words. I always give my honest take the stuff I do videos on. I've been sent some free stuff, but always state that up front and my reviews will be honest either way. If it's great it's great, if it sucks it sucks. It is what it is. Appreciate the comment and feedback!
I prefer not to have my grip hand wrap around as much on the Glock as it does with my Sig. The Glock leaves more of a "pocket/space" for my support hand to make more contact with the grip. Also, you have more strength in your grip hand tightening your fingers towards the palm with the longer distance from the front to the rear of the grip on the Glock. I have medium hands. It works well for me. Your mileage may vary.
I have the xmacro without the comp slide. It’s heavy for how thin it is. 23 oz. The Glock 19 is 23.63 oz. My Glock 23 Gen 5 is 24.23 oz. It kicks less with high powered Underwood 600 ft lb .40 135 gr nosler jhp than the XMacro does, even though it only weighs 1.23 oz more lol. Even my 18 oz Max-9 kicks less. Out of my Beretta APX, Glock 23 Gen 5, Ruger LCP, Ruger Mad-9, Sig P365 XMacro, and Rose P365 XL Comp, only the Beretta and Glock never malfunctioned. I didnt clean the Beretta for 4 years and also shot like 2,000 rounds and it never malfunctioned. It has now been cleaned. The Glock has been cleaned three times and has at least 800 rounds through it. The Sig malfunctioned close to 32 times, took like 4 dumps of each mag before they started behaving. Each one malfunctioned like 3-4 times per magazine for the first 4 times I shot them. So I think the Sig feels better in your hand, and has a slightly nicer trigger, and has nicer suppressor height night sights, that’s where the pros end. The Glock doesn’t just 💩 on the Sig for everything else, it sprays taco bell and Indian cuisine diyaria all over it.(I know I spelled that wrong but IDK if youtube will hide my comment for that word). So the accuracy for the Glock for me is WAY better, holds tighter groups and actually goes where I aim at. The recoil control is WAY better. Even 600 ft lbs .40 S&w Underwood ammo vs Fiocchi 9mm fmj. Other than that, +p was a total no go, it literally hurt my finger in the Macro. The slide action is far smoother on the Glock
I really enjoy shooting both. The Sig feels a bit small in my hand but still enough to get a nice solid grip, easy to control recoil. Average size hands, I think most people would enjoy shooting the sig more. My hands are on the larger size so I personally prefer the glock grip size. As for everything else, they are pretty much on par. Both very easy to manipulate all the functions, both carry well, easy to gain a master grip and get up to target fast. I do think the sig is better suited for having a red dot, at least for me it is. I enjoy the gun a lot more now that I have a dot on it.
The amout of times i hear people say that they can carry a Glock right from opening the box is insane! I had a dud do that once and his g19 failed to feed one into the chamber. Lol. PEOPLE MAKE SURE YOU RUN ABOUT 300 TO 600 ROUNDS BEFORE CARRYING!

You're used to Glocks. I am too. But I want a gun that doesn't print and still feels good in the hand. In theory, that's the Sig. So I have a question for you: Does the Sig feel "light" and "twitchy" to you.....or does it have enough weight feel to it? Thanks
The Sig feels really good in the hand. Specifically, this model I should say. If you have larger hands like me, some times even grips like the glock 19 can feel a little short. The oversized mag well on this model really forces a solid purchase on the gun every time. As for being "light" or "twitchy". This sig is 22.8oz to glock 19 is 23.9oz. So weight is basically the same, recoil difference isn't very noticeable. The sig doe not feel as beefy as the 19 though because of the smaller grip. That being said, I have no issues shooting either one comfortably. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to ask more
@@MandHTraining Thanks! You answered me perfectly! I'm about to buy the Sig or a 43X for carry....literally tomorrow! You including the weight of both REALLY influences my decision! Thanks.
@@rayjensen4480 awesome! if you go with the Sig, keep in mind the 365 xmacro Tacops comes with the flared mag well, 4 17rd mags and has the 3.7" barrel and no comped barrel/slide. The regular xmacro has a 3.1" barrel and built in comp, no flared mag well and only 2 17rd mags.
I've had Glocks, HKs, Beretta's, and Walthers, and I have to say the glock reliability talk is kinda getting old. Even the newer Taurus models are super reliable. People quote Glocks' reliability based on nothing more than the "Mandela Effect". Not saying it isn't reliable. Just saying it's no more or less reliable that any other firearm in its class.
I would say you are for the most part right. All the major companies make firearms thst the reliability is generally outstanding. All of the opinions I state, are only from my person experience. Like you, I agree that those brands are extremely well made guns. I have owned or fired many of them. However, I have owned two separate Beretta M92s that out of the box had spring issues. Both times the springs were promptly replaced by Beretta(excellent customer service, btw). Had frame issues from a Smith & Wesson M&P, once again quickly replaced by S&W. Buy our of the 20 or so Glocks I've owned, I've never had to replace a part or contact customer service for any reason. Also never had to contact HK, Springfield, Rock Island, Canik, or Taurus for any issues. But also havnt fired as many of those either. Not saying any of them are bad. Just from my personal experience, glock holds my trust more. If I had shot 20+ HK's, etc. My opion would probably change.
That wasn't fair and you know it! You took a little more time with the Glock because you like, and the targets was perfect no wind! The Sig on the other hand had the wind blowing and moving on two shots when you shot, and you shot faster! If you would have the same condition with the target with the Sig, I think those 3 shots would have been a 5 shot group! The Sig would have lot better showing I know because I have both!
The wind was blowing more, yes. But timing was pretty close on both. I'm not shocked that I shot the Glock a little better. As I stated many times in the video, I have shot a ton more glocks. I think I was pretty fair in the video. Mentioned multiple times that I had shot glocks more, also mentioned that this did not mean the glock was more accurate. It just means I shoot a glock more accurately. I do concede thst I should have waited longer on the wind. I might throw a short together and shoot them while it's calm tomorrow
A Glock 19 gen 3 saved my life, but what is your life worth to you, i have owned every gun from a to z and I have never had a Glock to fail unlike all the other guns i owned they are ugly yes, but pretty don't bake biscuits my friend.
Very true. The wind sucked, and you will find several vids talking about my thoughts on Glock. However, you also heard me say that just because i shot the Glock better, didn't mean it WAS better. Have won shooting matches with the sig, and had someone out shoot me with my own Sig against me with my Glock.
It’s hard to put a price on your life! If it works every time you pull the trigger it’s worth the money! I have several Glock pistols, dating back to the late eighties. I can’t remember ever having a problem with one. I now own 5 different variants of the 365 Sig, they are also very dependable in my opinion, I haven’t any problems with them yet! I had one bad magazine for my 365xl, other than that zero issues! I like both brands, but I’ve shot Glocks for a long time.
One thing for sure they go bang every every every time,I do have the sig365xl and X macro ,no doubt in my mind the Glock with still be here and shoot every time 30 to forty years later.will have to want on time for the p365 series
I wouldn't say Glocks are overpriced considering how modular they are, how durable, and how much ammo capacity you can get using different kinds of magazines. You can use a drum mag in any glock you want.
If you been shooting Glocks your whole life 200% will shoot better compared to a gun that basically just came out now I bet if you where to shoot with the 365 as long as a Glock you will shoot as good or even better they both great guns but for all the Fan boys out there Glock been out for longer you only believe is better for the simple fact they as old as my father and sig is as old as my daughter . Put it this way some people can shot a high point as good as a Glock and I seen it 🤷🏽♂️
I agree. Thats basically what I said at the end of the video. I don't think in general, the Glock is more accurate. I think I am more accurate with a Glock.
@Dj-mr7vn you know nothing about forearms if your saying the sig is just going to randomly rust! You either expose your guns to salty water and never clean them or you just suck off glock and think they are the best. No gun is going to randomly rust if you take care of it no matter what brand.
I have heard that even several places, to the point i was even believing it before testing it.. so far i have had no issues, and fear i had a bias against the finish without seeing it with my own eyes
I think it shoots AWSOME. Firearms are a personal thing. Can’t shoot a Glock worth a damn. Grip angle gritty triggers. Each different firearm handles and shoots differently to each person. The MP series fits me perfectly but my brother prefers his Glocks. Love this country and the freedom to choose

Both of these would be good for either. I prefer the smaller sigs if I want deep concealment. This particular Sig is close to same size as the 19.
Ive definitely had failures out of my glock 23. And i used to be a fanboy.
Hate that for you. What type of failures?
I have seen a Glock 26, brand new, jam on the very fisrt shot. It does happen. That being said, that same gun has never jammed again.
Yup, anything can fail. I just have more faith in Glock from my personal experience.
@@MandHTrainingI would agree.
Which one do u prefer for edc?
I'm still carrying the G19 as my EDC, but the Sig will conceal a little better.
Yeah, I just bought a glock 19 gen 4. Love it❤
@@zumr_khan they are hard to beat. I love all my glocks.
I’m going to be real that Sig way closer to the white and wind blowing
try the Glock 45 9mm before you get a G19
G45 is hard to beat. Had one myself, and several people at work carry them
Sig group wasn’t fair with the wind shots
Sigs have had way to many problems for me to trust My life to, I have so many Glocks and have never had a failure period.
Same. I've shot almost every model glock since the gen 3, and have yet to need to replace a part or have a firearm failure
What problems have you had?
Now they just need to make it comfortable to shoot
Sigs are so far superior to Glock. No comparison.
@@johnhatchel9681 lol, ok. 👍
Not cleaning your gun, which i hope isn't your carry gun, is the stupidest thing you can do. Cop, twenty plus years.
Not when you are purposely doing it. Gun enthusiast, 33 years.
Sounds like he's purposely testing it, and not his carry gun.
@@DanielDraper-ki4hr exactly.
The x macro compares to the g43x. 17 rounds beats 10 rounds all day.
The g43x is subcompact. The 365 tacops is compact. The 365 tacops is closer to the 19 than the 43x. You can look up the specs on both.
@@MandHTraining same width and same height.
@@q4life551 the tacops is wider, longer and taller than the 43x. I'm looking at the specs for both from the official sites.
A Glock 19 gen 3 saved my life, but what is your life worth to you, i have owned every gun from a to z and I have never had a Glock to fail unlike all the other guns i owned they are ugly yes, but pretty don't bake biscuits my friend.
I own multiple Glocks. All stock except for the sights. I have had failures with them. It is very rare, but it happens.
Terrible, you are obviously a glock fanboy. Plus shooting that right target with the sig while your target was flopping around 😂😂😂
Very true. The wind sucked, and you will find several vids talking about my thoughts on Glock. However, you also heard me say that just because i shot the Glock better, didn't mean it WAS better. Have won shooting matches with the sig, and had someone out shoot me with my own Sig against me with my Glock.
I'll stick with the Glock
You’re way more used to the Glock ! That’s the answer.
100% agree.
lol the way your clanging em around is like nails on a chalkboard.
Think of it like firearm ASMR, hahaha
Glock sells $300 guns for $600.
I love glocks, but I do agree they are a little over priced for what they are
It’s hard to put a price on your life!
Sig sells 400 guns for 800
If you been shooting Glocks your whole life 200% will shoot better compared to a gun that basically just came out now I bet if you where to shoot with the 365 as long as a Glock you will shoot as good or even better they both great guns but for all the Fan boys out there Glock been out for longer you only believe is better for the simple fact they as old as my father and sig is as old as my daughter . Put it this way some people can shot a high point as good as a Glock and I seen it 🤷🏽♂️
I agree. Thats basically what I said at the end of the video. I don't think in general, the Glock is more accurate. I think I am more accurate with a Glock.
@@MandHTraining when I got to the end I subscribe we need more people like you in this community 💪🏽
I checked out your channel, and i gotta say. Your voice does not match your face.
Sig 365 XMacro will rust if not oiled or Cerakoted
@Dj-mr7vn you know nothing about forearms if your saying the sig is just going to randomly rust! You either expose your guns to salty water and never clean them or you just suck off glock and think they are the best. No gun is going to randomly rust if you take care of it no matter what brand.
I have heard that even several places, to the point i was even believing it before testing it.. so far i have had no issues, and fear i had a bias against the finish without seeing it with my own eyes
The sig just doesn’t shoot as good as you think it would, that model in particular
The 365 TacOps shoots better than any Glock I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned a bunch. I do t have any Glocks anymore.
@@garytucholl7699 i agree, never even compared them in my comment, om just saying, its a lil harsher than i expected, but def better than the glock
@garytucholl7699 I have both and shoot the glock better so say you shoot the sig better instead of the gun shoots better
I'll go with the p365
