Definitely a different persoective for me. We ride dort bikes down there all the time. Coleman Green Lane is one ofy all time faves. TH-cam recommedned your mechaincal dif vid to me for some unknown reason but that led me here so I guess it worked out well. You video quality is really quite good. 👍
I think they are ok if they have been remapped. The problem with those 1.3 engines is that there’s no power low down, and then there’s a big chunk of power, which can cause wheel spin. But once remapped they are better
Recognise some of these lanes you’ve gone down do you need to get permission? As one of them is just round the corner from my house and I’m just getting into four-wheel-drive just got Ford Ranger with a lift kit
Hi! All of the lanes we went on are public and you do not need permission. Your best bet is to become a member of the green lane association so you can get access to a map which shows them all. Another one is an app called Wikiloc
@PTP4X4 if you lift further maybe take the spare wheel off, your centre of gravity is already too high. Also don't over load your manufactured roof rating. A Panda roof rating is very low. Keep up the good work.
Please drive a little more responsibly when green laning, videos of ploughing through puddles & spraying mud & shit everywhere go against the Glass code of conduct & is not doing the hobby any favours. Pedestrians use the lanes as well as equestrians & cyclists so just take it gently.
@@skipontour1980 To be fair, GLASS are half the reason that most the green lanes are still open byways. But on the flipside, these aren't 2 tonne Discoveries and Land Cruisers, these are little and light, and crucially need momentum as they haven't got low range gearboxes. If they crawled through these bogs, they'd be the green lane
Great Video as always . Good to see Vito the Vitara in action also
I agree. Thanks for the continued support 🤙🏼
Technical video on how you find and plan lanes?
Good idea on a video. I’ll add that to my list
Buy a local O/S map and just go for a drive.

Oh nice ! So I guess you’re local to that area ? Thanks very much for the positive feedback.
@@PTP4X4 I'm up near Bedford but they are pretty my closest lanes. We often ride the east Herts area into Essex.
Great video!! 👍👍😀😀
Thank you !
Enjoyed the video 👍💥
Thanks !
Was wondering about your opinion on the diesel version of the 4x4.

Great video!!
The intro is really really nice it looks like you drive in sweden or in norway 😁
Thanks !! Was Scotland actually ! But yeah deffo throws off Nordic vibes. 🤙🏼

What’s the ground clearance on it? Love the vids 😊
Edit: on your panda
I have not measured this yet, but the car is a 30mm lift kit. Currently working on a bigger left kit and then I will measure the ground clearance

Great story tell it again 👏
What a great budget build. Just goes to show you don't need a big Landcruiser or Landover. Not sure how you'd go off camber? It looks tall and narrow.
Thanks ! Yeah I can imagine if the roof rack is loaded it will be top heavy
