you guys are the hardest working detectorists by far! We enjoy your camaraderie ! As long as you're all together hunting treasure its gonna be a great day. Glad you all came home safe
I'm glad to see you guys out together enjoying life. I hope you return with a piece of steel and a sign where the well is. There certainly could be someone down in there already. I'm sure you could send a GoPro down to see. Thanks for an amazing video!
Mike's large square nail could be really old, like for boat decking. Also, Mike's round disc with the holes (if there are 10 holes) could be the face of an old phone.
Great watching you guys in a different environment. I`m more than likely wrong but those two metal objects that John thought was horse tack remind me of the old brakets that held the license plate and maybe the plate light. One or both of those tins remind me of aspirin tins? Either way I enjoy and appreciate you video`s.
Good to see you back out there. Mikes 'giant suspender clip' is the head to a mop. I've found many of them. Also in the wrap-up Mike had the dial from an old rotary phone. Everyone found some nice relics in this video.
Enjoyed the video John. Those little tins were for aspirin, Bayer, and other companies used these. They haven’t been used since the sixty’s or seventy’s. You make some of my favorite videos of metal detecting, thanks
I remember the little Aspirin tins in my younger days BAYAR comes to mind. I'm 66 and in my 20s 30s & 40s I used to Metal Detect. I found some amazing Coins and Cival War, tokens,Watch fob's Gold jewelry etc. The good ole days. Keep having fun.
Love ya guys videos. But Mike needs a new finders bag. 😅 Got some Duck tape holding that together. 😂. But I've been enjoying these hunts these past videos. Keep it up. 👍
Good hunt fellas. There is, at least, one method for starting a fire in the soaking wet. Get your hatchet and length-wise, chop a piece of wood. The inside of the log is not wet and it will burn. If you get back to the site, please deeply hammer some large branches in to the ground so that they circle the well. I'm not sure whether a sign would last very long time at the site. Cheers.
If you have a magnet, drop it down that well, could be weapons discarded..... Also, I have one that's 70' deep on a permission, I tied my GoPro and a flashlight on a rope, let it down so I could take a look. I don't have the footage edited yet, but I promise it's a cool view!
Another good bit of island Diggin this week guys!!!

Your meal brought me back to my scouting days in Anderson, SC when we had sand filled pancakes on the shore of Lake Hartwell!
Back when things were easy I remember being a scout
Excellent hunt guys, really liked those cool relics.

Hello John ,Mike and Gary
I found an open well decades ago and I threw a small rock in and I never heard a sound! I hear it has since been covered.
Detecting PA. was making detecting videos like you guys are doing. Eating etc. That is Awesome breaking bread with your hunting partners
On y’all’s next hunt I hope somebody finds Mike a new treasure pouch, because his duct tape was coming loose 😂😂😂
I like my pouch. Haha. I may patch it again. lol
Mike the round thing with the holes in it looks like the rotary dial off of a telephone.
Nice hunt
The two little containers you found look like aspirin containers from back in the day. Cool video

Cool video but ,did yall cover up hole with sticks and trees?
Thanks for watching! There's no way possible we could have filled this by hand. This would have required equipment to be filled.
No was talking about putting stuff over the top so animals or people might not fall in lol
Mike almost fell in! 😆
From Hudson New York
