ME: Okay, now that I'm finally through the elite four, Steven will be a piece of cake, right Blaziken? Blaziken: (Nods) Me: Okay, now to beat-- Wallace: Why HEEELLLOOOOOOOO!;D Me: (mouth foams)
I love this version so much. Its like a great vibe type of champion theme music from pokemon emerald/ ruby/ sapphire mixed with mortal kombat. I need a ten hour version of this PLEASE.
Dude...wow. Pokémon Colosseum was my first Pokémon game and I can remember the many strategic decisions, defining moments, unbreakable bonds, and maniacal laughs this music inspired. Thank you!
Personally I found Wallace to look more intimidating based on how he looked, but his team was a little one faced, so it was fairly easy to dispatch him. Steven however was pretty difficult even on my first try with Primal Groudon.
+Luxina Lavistria I think the remakes were easy due to the fact you are able to use Exp share and use it like a key item, in fact it's the reason why I had like level 60-70s when about to face Steven...
+EmileWilliamIvanhoeHeskey Do what I do AND DON'T USE THE EXP SHARE. Seriously, you wouldn't believe how many people complain about the EXP Share when they were the ones who CHOSE to use it... The game doesn't force you to use it, and it's not impossibly difficult without it. If you chose to use it, don't complain about it later, because you know it was entirely optional.
Hopefully in the upcoming remakes Gamefreak finally incorporates the Pokemon Championships like in the anime. You go through a round of 32 trainers and after you win you get chance at challenging the Elite Four. The same old storyline is getting dry.
Keep in mind that a huge part of pokemons demographic is little kids (most of which get frustrated easily and have little patience) so while I love your idea they have to keep the game kid friendly so they probably wont.
It would be a good thing to implement in the game anyways I mean like seriously all kids wants to do these days is start playing cod when they are young so why not implement it in the game so it can be fun.
Steven was champion before Wallace. Wallace used to be the 8th gym leader on Ruby and Sapphire and Steven was the champion at that time. On Emerald they put Wallace as the champion. Which person is better or cooler is all opinionated. But personally Steven was like, one of the coolest trainers that Pokemon had ever made. To me he is right up there with Red, Alder, and N. All very cool trainers.
Why does everybody hate on Wallace? I think he's one of the best characters in Pokemon. I mean, I like Steven better, but Wallace doesn't deserve the hate he gets...
After seeing some of your remixes, I subscribed, because you remix the pokemon music really well, you add an epic style to it, without it being to remixed to the point of it not being as recognizable if you know what I mean. Just wanted to say fantastic job.
Mmmm, not quite. The only thing they really have in common are the concepts of the characters. Things like Steven dying or Sabrina being in Team Rocket are entirely different from their game counterparts.
TylightDark I know that, but I meant the MAIN plot, not the subplots. Like in Ruby and Sapphire manga, the main plot is the protagonist has to defeat team Magma/Aqua and beat the champion ;)
@GuiguiSilverGold That is one of the most keen observations that I can ever recall reading, as it relates to the Pokémon universe. Congrats on your attention to detail. I wonder if there will be any link to Generation III or IV in Generation V as we haven't (as of yet), had a contemporanial link to any of the previous games.
I listen to PRS for every situation of the day. Running the mile? EPIC MUSIC!! Eating breakfast? EPIC MUSIC!! Brushing my teeth? EPIC MUSIC!! Peace and quiet time? EPIC MUSIC!!!
If anyone is wondering why in Pokemon Emerald version Wallace is the champion, according to the manga it says that Wallace was originaly the champion of Hoenn but because of his love for Winona he prefered to stay on the level of the gym leader so he could spend more time with Winona, and then they just gave the champion title to Steven which was qualified after Wallace in the qualifications for the Hoenn Champion.
@CubesGuy I suppose. The STRONGEST Rival Battle i've seen so far, is the final Rival Battle in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. Your Rival starts off w/ a lvl 78 to 86 pokemon, now THAT'S awesome.
I love this theme though it puts me in mind of the first movie at certain points when ash walks out with the originals due to the cadence and militaristic sound at points.
ME: Okay, now that I'm finally through the elite four, Steven will be a piece of cake, right Blaziken?
Blaziken: (Nods)
Me: Okay, now to beat--
Wallace: Why HEEELLLOOOOOOOO!;D
Me: (mouth foams)
3:12
Wallace: "L-Lance, get out of my theme!"
3:12 - 3:21 a quick trip to johto
Possibly a little nod to the protagonist
I'm not the only one who noticed that :D
Wallace: COME HERE BOYS
Steven: Remind me again...why did I let you become champion?
I love this version so much. Its like a great vibe type of champion theme music from pokemon emerald/ ruby/ sapphire mixed with mortal kombat. I need a ten hour version of this PLEASE.
Wallace is hands down my favorite champion ever.

this remix is badass thank you
Personally I found Wallace to look more intimidating based on how he looked, but his team was a little one faced, so it was fairly easy to dispatch him.
Steven however was pretty difficult even on my first try with Primal Groudon.
Jay Lavistria same here but it was easier after i lost and was able to use my mega swampert
+Luxina Lavistria I think the remakes were easy due to the fact you are able to use Exp share and use it like a key item, in fact it's the reason why I had like level 60-70s when about to face Steven...

insectlover602 Lol, I guess so. I tried no using it and used lvl 40s in Oras.
GET HYPE
Your idea is so awesome i almost cried
Woah man! Thank you so much for that Beldum. Its growing at a nice rate :)
I remember being so frustrated with this battle, then when I finally beat him I jump and ran around the house screaming "I WON! YES! I FINALLY WON!"
Hopefully in the upcoming remakes Gamefreak finally incorporates the Pokemon Championships like in the anime. You go through a round of 32 trainers and after you win you get chance at challenging the Elite Four. The same old storyline is getting dry.
They won't
Keep in mind that a huge part of pokemons demographic is little kids (most of which get frustrated easily and have little patience) so while I love your idea they have to keep the game kid friendly so they probably wont.
They could do it as an after game type thing
It would be a good thing to implement in the game anyways I mean like seriously all kids wants to do these days is start playing cod when they are young so why not implement it in the game so it can be fun.
wish they would change it to were i dont have to use a shit load of tms just to get to the elite four
This music gives me feels...Sir, you have earned a subscriber!
Awesome I can listen to this all day
Am I the only one who thought that Steven was a total badass!!! And got mad when he was replaced by Wallace for champion?
Trezden Thompson no. heck no.
Trezden Thompson might wanna swap steven and wallace
Steven was champion before Wallace. Wallace used to be the 8th gym leader on Ruby and Sapphire and Steven was the champion at that time. On Emerald they put Wallace as the champion. Which person is better or cooler is all opinionated. But personally Steven was like, one of the coolest trainers that Pokemon had ever made. To me he is right up there with Red, Alder, and N. Trezden Thompson ok i see I've never played ruby/sapphire should've thought about that
Why does everybody hate on Wallace? I think he's one of the best characters in Pokemon. I mean, I like Steven better, but Wallace doesn't deserve the hate he gets...
Wallace and Steven must be the first double champions!!!!!
That would be so amazing! :D
yeah, you would team up with May or Brendan (depending on your gender) an then fight your rival for the title!
Thank you for explaining this and saving my time
Omg Awesome remix :DDDD
Red's theme in mixed here
Red snuck his way in here... Clever bastard.
remix is so good i cant stop playing it
After seeing some of your remixes, I subscribed, because you remix the pokemon music really well, you add an epic style to it, without it being to remixed to the point of it not being as recognizable if you know what I mean. Just wanted to say fantastic job.
I like the old Wallace better than the ORAS one :/
He basically a Strpper now
Exactly.
Potato Sandwich me to
HOENN CONFIRMED
This is the most fantastic pokemon hoean champion remix i heard so far.
The little bit of the gen 1 champion theme in the middle always smashes my brain up.
I can't reply directly to Marinerocks, but I figure I should say that the manga has nothing to do with the games.
It has the main plot similiar to the games, I think, but it's not canon.
Oh, yeah, definitely.
Steven has to be my favourite champ, he and I use steel and or rock types, god I love steel type pokemon
I like fire and ground types James murphy
Shark Shack uh oh spagheddieo
I like water type pokemon and wallace is my f
PokeRemixStudio= GOD OF MUSIC
awsome remix good job.
I just love Wallace. He's so superior to Steven in every way.
Really nice music, and the artwork is really cool.
Pokémon made my childhood and life.I'm glad about it!!!

This would be so awesome. I couldn't agree more.

this is the best pokemon remix EVER!!!!
I love that you threw in Lance battle music in the middle
Gotta love the classics
Awesome, makes me want to battle with Steven again xD
Whoooa this theme is sooo awsome
I love how all the pokemon are looking really epic, where Luvdisc is just hanging around there, unable to make any pose at all.
Ohhh. That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for pointing that out for me.
HYPE, HYPE, HYPE!!!
surprisingly they are good pokemon, being fast and able to take special hits really well
Love it
@xNIHDx I'm going to listen to this while battling Wallace, too! It doesn't get old, you're right!
OMG SO FABULAS!!!!
Battle with Wallace was the longest pokemon battle I ever had.
@CmdrJSKFox What about substitute focus punchers and they are common on Tryanitars.
5 years
damn, this makes me feel old
Feel old now?
@Chaos4629 Can you tell me what this pokemon can do strategic wise.
Steven: Next time I want to be on the picture with my Pokémon.
Epic pokemon remix
THANK YOU! That's what I've been saying forever.
Wait what was with the random bit of red's theme at 3:12 ?
reliving anger soothes the mind
Nice
@iSwimInMusic I got half of that, explain?
The page doesn't load when I click on the link to download :(
I might use your music in speed training when i do pokemon on youtube but its not set up yet. :)
Feel the might power of his LUVDISC!
@GuiguiSilverGold That is one of the most keen observations that I can ever recall reading, as it relates to the Pokémon universe. Congrats on your attention to detail.

we all know that feel bro... we all know that feel... that feel man :D
@ChaosTH
like bolt and ponyta?
@InsanityOnABunFilms can i pm as i am new to the "no link in comments thing"?
download link gave me trouble; any way you could make this link like most of your others?
@shodonime1 whats a pseudo legendary?
Emerald was the first Pokemon game I ever played as well, but when I look back. Pokemon seriously dropped in popularity during that time.
@clockstop554 Re-battle in the remakes sounds like the perfect time for Wallace's Glaceon to make an appearance, doesn't it?
@realw0rld Imagine the battles on the gen systems. one word. EPIC.
WALLACE FTW GO WATER TYPES
wallance: oh the trainers here, time to open up my shirt a bit
i dont get the miltank part of that guys comment, is he talking about whitneys miltank in gsc?
as i was a kid playing sapphire with my friend, we called those tentacools "Guardians of the Ocean" XD
@MrRayquazaking using trick room takes up a turn allowing the enemy to hit you, if a fire type is up aginst you then you might as well just switch out
I love this theme though it puts me in mind of the first movie at certain points when ash walks out with the originals due to the cadence and militaristic sound at points.
Damn right he does!!
@iSwimInMusic Thank youuuuuuu. =O
