It may not be what anyone wants, but it's not crazy. He wasn't convicted of murder, he plead guilty to several counts of tampering with consumer products, a crime which in this specific case had lethal consequences, but which in general aren't exactly violent. It's not good, but it's a quirk of the law, not something incomprehensible.

Dr Verda Hunter is a gynecologist and also a cancer doctor. At this time Dr Verda did my surgery of my 9 pound tumor, which ended up being non-cancerous. She is an amazing person, best doctor I've had. That was years ago now but because she was the one who turned this horrible man into the FBI, she helped save many lives. This guy was a wicked psychopath that had no feelings for anyone but himself. I can never understand why anyone would do what he did to cancer patients.

Sorry if they explain this in the video, then you can disregard (which if you see this you can still disregard if you don’t wanna answer obviously lol) but I’m only five minutes in with 35 left to go. I’m waiting to hear if it’s the same case I had read about years ago. If they said the dates any of this happened or how long until it was discovered at the beginning of the video, I didn’t hear it.
So my question is, do you know how she knew?

OK her name was mentioned within moments of me resuming the video. I’m glad that you had a good doctor and that it was benign. And I can’t imagine the pain of the families who could’ve had more time with their loved ones and that goes for all of them, but for some reason despite how much I have loved ones who are elderly, and I know it would pain me very much if something like this happened to them, but it’s crazy to hear about the 32 year old a 23 year old etc. How could anyone do that? If he needed to come up with money criminally, quickly, couldn’t he have messed with a less life-saving AKA less life and death pharmaceutical? Of course, as soon as I think that I realize “what is by far, probably the most common infusion type medicine, that still goes through a regular pharmacy, potentially” (as opposed to like a hOspital Pharmacy) and of course that’s probably various chemo drugs. It was a brave call on the part of Daryl Ashley to voice his concerns to the nurses, and it was that action which began the ending of Courtney's criminal career .
That he received only 30 years is an indictment of the law , it fell short of delivering justice . If there isn't a law specifically covering his crime then one should be written . Any early release , even a day , merely compounds the miscarriage of justice . The grim irony , that in 2020 he sought an early release on medical grounds .
I agree with the lady at 13:49 though I don't believe she's being nasty , a lingering death in which he endures the pains of all his victims is the last chance for justice .

I thought getting in my own bed would make me feel better, but it absolutely didn't. We had to go right to my local ER. The male med tech cried because of how much visible pain I was in, the nurse glanced at her chart and looked back and me and said "clearly you're way past level 10".After giving me an opiate, and beginning to feel better, she was checking on me and said "you didn't think we could fix your pain did you?". I said no, I was in such advanced pain, I truly didn't think they could fix it....I mean, if it could be stopped....why didn't the first hospital fix it before I left??? Since this point in time, my blood pressure will actually skyrocket dangerously from any pain near that level and I have to wonder if that's partially a PTSD type response. I spoke to my cardiologist and he said more heart medication would not be appropriate since my BP is so good now that I may be able to discontinue my meds soon. He said "they need to treat your pain, that's the cause". That's not true. There is crime in the UAE but it's not as high as in the US and yes the penalties are a deterrent but there are crimes in the UAE that are not reported because of the culture of silence like domestic violence which 40% of the time leads to death. There is a high date-rape culture and men get away with it because if women report they will be beheaded for having pre marital sex. The rich in Dubai enslave people they consider beneath them whom they treat like slaves on American plantations, they are raped at will, beaten and usually murdered and they lie to the families that they committed suicide. So please don't fool us we are knowledgeable we are not ignorant.
