That’s so true. With a lot of other Minecraft youtubers, they continuously do the same thing which I understand because it hard to think of new ideas, but Dream makes original ideas that never get old. He has a lot of things that make his videos great. A genre that people enjoy watching, well thought out editing, friendships that make the videos more interesting. And the amount of planning that goes into the videos is amazing. Every reaction, fight, death, and event that happens in his videos are perfect. And so is his personality and George/Sapnaps. His videos are some of the best if not the best Minecraft videos I’ve seen.

Just wanted to say that when you did the "This x lasted for so long, so here's the sped up version", I felt like I had already seen all of that footage. I just mean to say that I think your editing in the original video was very well put together. It already gave me a good sense of everything that took place, including the length of x, without actually showing everything. So yea, pat on the back to you for skilled editing.
It might be because of you watching it for the first time tho, not saying his editting is bad but when you watch something for the first it tends to feel longer than it actually is. Still I agree with his editing skills
I used to think "oh his editing style is pretty simple, must not be that hard to make" but after seeing this video I noticed that you actually have to be very smart with how you cut the video, and where to put the audio, to keep the audience drawn in.

Its experience/game sense. Same happens with people that play games at a high level, you just have so much experience in the game and know it so well that you can make up things like that within seconds. Makes for some plays that seem unrealistic how good they are
He slows down or pauses the video to explain things to us. When people think, they do so in concepts, not in words (also he had a lot of these plans beforehand). Not to say he isn’t crazy smart with incredible reaction time, he totally is/does, I just wanted to explain a little about why his thought process seems superhuman

I'd actually love this series because Dream's choices and ideas amaze me. Sometimes I'm just as confused as the hunters. Seeing Dream's thought process is fascinating.

Its experience/game sense. Same happens with people that play games at a high level, you just have so much experience in the game and know it so well that you can make up things like that within seconds. Makes for some plays that seem unrealistic how good they are
