The glitch Dream was talking about shift clicking an item into your inventory while riding a mob is not a glitch. What is actually happening is Dream is continuing to hold shift when exiting his inventory causing Dream to dismount the strider.
Number keys instead of shift would have fixed that problem
@@dbseamz but sometimes its difficult to reach your hand over to a number key, since his 8th slot was empty, if it the key was unbinded he’d have to physically drag his hand to the key and with the time your hand is away from the keyboard you take more damage, he definitely would’ve died.

That shifting thing isn't a glitch it's just because he's shift-clicking so when he gets out of his inventory then it makes him shift or crouch which is how you get off mobs. So if you wanna fix it just make sure you let go of shift before you exit your inventory
