The keyboardist is doing the vocoder backing which makes his voice hitting 2 notes at the same time. He also controls 2 vocal layers (2 voices) that are sampled beforehand and then triggered to play during that part. Combining all together there are '6 voices' (i.e. 6 notes) sang/played in that part. It is a F to F# chord which I think the notes sang/played are from F3, A3, C4, F4, C5, F5 to F#3, A#3, C#4, F#4, C#5, F#5. Thanks for answering my question. This particular part always makes me extremely energised and I am dying to know how it is delivered. I am a really hardcore Muse fan :p

It always kills me that the singer even imitates Matt's gestures...It's pretty confusing considering that they sound exactly like Muse except for the voice which is a bit different from Matt's. I swear I had to look at this guy closely the first time I saw him on a video to convince myself he wasn't the actual Matt Bellamy!
