But saying these guys are worshipping HULVEY is a stretch. And your biblical facts don't even pertain to the point being made! The Bible states in 1 Peter 4:10-11 that "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ." If HULVEY is serving others with his gift to rap and others are benefitting from it then who are you to judge? Give the kid a break because he's actually talking about Jesus and the more mature 116 are scared to do it (except Trip Lee). And don't go criticizing a song you didn't even listen just because its rap.

I imagine he appreciates the fellowship and friendship of the other brothers/artists and probably cares a bit less about making it "big" and more about obeying where Jesus leads. Really, do any of us need to make it big? No, Jesus is the only one that needs to be big for the world to be right. I applaud the way that this music video and all the others are for Hulvey, because it takes the focus off of the man and puts the focus on the Maker of the man. What if more people stopped and marinated in the simplicity of just a camera and a man crying out to God? There is so much beauty in this simplicity! it is refreshing and humbling! It reminds me that not everything or everyone has to be extravagant or flashy in order to be considered a hard worker or in order to become famous. It all starts with God. It all ends with God. So, why don't we as followers of Christ enjoy the simple moments in life, such as this video and song, and embrace the message more then flamboyance of the messenger? I think you are doing great keeping it simple Hulvey!
