  • Making sure your #AssaultBike seat is in the proper position for your workout is a very important step for not only your comfort, but for the effectiveness and safety of your training.
We make the seats fully adjustable on the #AssaultBike to make it easy to change as necessary. Keep that seat height at the same level as your hip so your knees have room to move around, and keep the seat distance far enough to move your arms around safely.
Check it out, save this video for reference and be sure to tune in next Tuesday for our next tip! 🙌 As always, our Assault Fitness University page has all these tips and more, check it out here: www.assaultfit...

How the hell do I adjust the seat up and down so I’m not feeling like I’m sliding off.

This is different from the video a year prior, the video prior puts the handle bars together when adjusting your seat position. This one is based on when the handle is at its most extended. Which one should we follow?

This tutorial is probably better because if testing with both the handles together, you may be content with the flexion at the elbow, but it does not indicate safe full extension; it is better and safer to test the full extension first so there’s no surprises.
