Think Jay needs a new knife sharpener, or maybe a set of those japanese knives sets. That little knife would struggle popping a balloon! Nice bass though, a 3lb fish is bang on the money.

Great video as usual Smash Bass is my favorite fish to eat little salt and pepper yummy sweat tasting fish, always wanted to ask you this do you smoke any fish? i smoke salmon ,mackerel and herring the taste is out of this world but i brine then cold smoke ,just something to add to the channel

Hey Jamie have you ever used the Sakura speciz bass rods?
I know there are tons of ways to fish on a line but, Do you ever use bombers/floats on your lines to suspend the bait? I think its probably more for fresh water fishing, but I have no clue with the type of fishing you do.

I really love your vids and you seem like a really good guy, my only feedback is that you should dispatch your fish in my opinion, if you don’t they are suffocating for a long time before they die. Hope I don’t offend you 🙏🏻

Why not take a crab wheel with you when your fishing, if water isn't to deep .. just something else to make videos interesting 👍
Why not despatch the fish first instead of letting them suffocate ? Also bleeding them tends for nicer tasting flesh

Why don't you bump the fish before chucking 'em in the box? Only takes a couple of seconds. Suffocation must be horrible for them.
Because I can sell my fish , bumping in the head causes bleed in fish , not all but some so I wouldn’t be selling good quality to people, yes I’d rather be more humane but the reality of fishing is fish get mistreated , hooked in the face , pulled out of water for extended amounts of time an a lot more , not saying it’s rite but fishing isn’t alway fair
I'm a fisherman and eat fish that I know are commercially caught, often crushed and stood on etc.
I didn't know you sold the fish and quality counts if you do that. Do you think all fish should be bled straight after catching for the best taste/quality? I know a commercial fisherman hasn't got the time to do it. I do take the odd fish myself, I'm from yorkshire and trout fish a lot.

Jay, what happened to bleeding and unaliving the fish before putting on ice. I did ask that previously when you and Dan were out and due to rough conditions you said you couldnt do it! Water on this trip was calm as s##t and you didnt euthanize the fish. Just Saying. I really had the impression that you cared more about the handling of what lives in the ocean. I really enjoy your content...but this is not sitting well.
