This is such a breath of fresh air to the type of music in our churches today! Our churches are part of the reason for the evil going like wildfire in America today! Jesus is the only way to eternal life!
Hard to fathom that millions have entered and exited thousands of sanctuaries in America and have never heard or sung this wonderful song (and hundreds like it).
My husband, age 96, and I both count this beautiful hymn as our all-time favorite! It was written by our son-in-law's great-uncle, John W. Peterson. And it was a favorite hymn long before our daughter married Jeff Baxter. We especially love this because it was sung by this Old Fashioned Revival Hour choir years ago. Charles Fuller brief but profound messages on the radio were the first "stepping stones" which introduced my husband to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ! Memories that we cherish!
