After cleaning EGR you would definitely recognize the performance of car. Yes they have used true fully synthetic oil grade 5W40. Liqui Moly, Castrol, Shell & Mobil are very good brands for engine oil. Bosch brake fluid is good. Shell synthetic gear oil is good. Bosch non synthetic gear oil is recommended. We feel the general service cost is bit high. Did they clean the rear brake drum ? If so the labour cost for brake is correct. Good that you have changed the fuel filter (40K). We recommend the client to maintain 1/3 of fuel level in the tank to protect the fuel pump and fuel injector Hope they have checked Coolant and Brake fluid condition and level. Distilled water level in battery and wiper fluid level in the tank. Wheel alignment every 5K and wheel balance every 10K. Clean the evaporator/ coiling coil every 60K for better AC performance.
