A good zenith summon weapon would be just summoning a full sized boss to fight for you, and each time you use the staff it upgrades the summon to the next boss ex: EoC to EoW to Skeletron (probably skipping the wall of flesh)
That actually rounds out perfectly because with that setup, if you include the Queen slime and mechs as their own bosses, the highest possible summon legit (12 summons) is Duke Fishron.
