That's tough. There were so many versions of the Pentium. Generally I would say the early ceramic pentiums with the gold plated covar covers would have more gold than a ceramic 486 with a gold plated cover simply because they have more legs and bond wires. Later pentiums did away with the gold plated cover. I have even seen some of the later ones with aluminum bond wires.
Just found some of those jumpers that have a palladium plateing on them not sure how much yet but never thought of finding it there .
