Is nobody gonna mention how the guy in the first story had a 16 year old pregnant girlfriend when he's a grown man??
And? He's a scumbag murderer and that's what you're focusing on?
There is a 21 year old man who got a 14 year old girl pregnant..they had the baby and the mother is allowing the 21 year old to live with and continue to have sex with her daughter bc he pays all the bills..I contact local police..I even contacted TBI..and literally no one is doing anything..they said he is awaiting grand jury trial..and I am just like ok if that’s the case why they allowed to continue to live together?? And have sex?? This country is wack

Key Lime Pie is literally just a copypasta. It started with one guys rave over the pie, so people decided to meme it. I was there when the thread was started and we flooded cooking boards with it. At the time most food networks shows had open forums so we flooded the boards with the key lime pie but hoping that some executive would see the praise for it and get excited, only for the place to be run down. Then it was a "lets see if we can revive it" but nothing ever came. Over the years I assume some keep it up, kind of like the whole "What did you just say?" copypasta...Once again Key Lime isnt a conspiracy, just trolls being trolls.

I'm a web developer - the "key lime pie" situation is a type of "lorem ipsum." when developing a website, you want filler text that clearly sticks out so your QA can make sure it doesn't go to production. sometimes this stuff goes live, so you don't want to be writing nasty things (there's horror stories in the industry of this happening). articles by celebrities or stories about keylime pie fit the bill here, perfectly.

One thing I did find suspicious about the Guatemala grenade is that the timestamped posts on 4chan end at 20:44 (8:44pm), and the fake news article reports of the explosion at 8:45pm. However, 4chan has pretty much always been based in an Eastern time zone, which would have meant that 4chan's timestamps should've been 22:44 at the time of the last post. However, 4chan DOES have a setting that converts timestamps to your local time. The fact that the article would have to have been written in convincing Guatemalan Spanish also leads me to believe OP faked the whole thing.
Also based on my 20 minutes of research, that's an Mk 2 Pineapple grenade. Guatemala never used those.

Brown recluses actually won’t bite unless they feel the need to (like you’re squishing them against your skin). Even then, they’re hesitant to do it. Travis McEnery has a great video about them. They actually have a very chill temperament.
Of course, their bites can definitely be gnarly when they do it, but they aren’t life-threatening.
We used to have them in our basement a lot when I was a kid - they're scary looking and seem like they'll crawl right at you but their bites just leave a giant welt that itches and swells. My sister used to be terrified of them so my brother would put them in the fridge by hand to scare her. Not sure where he got the idea, but kind of proof that you can, theoretically, just pick them up and put them somewhere without getting bit.
right im so tired of people misrepresenting brown recluses when only around like 10% of the bites become necrotic and most bites are misdiagnosed anyway
@@rabbitc6972and let’s be honest a lot of the ones that go necrotic are people just leaving them and not seeking any medical attention when issues early symptoms show up.
Honestly I'd rather people err on the side of caution rather than be reckless idiots. We have enough of those.
The venomous spiders native to North America are all pretty chill, they don't intentionally seek us out to bite us, you can safely handle them and they don't bite unless they feel threatened, they're nowhere near as deadly as they're perceived either, the Australian ones on the other hand...

Dear god the spider thing would have traumatized me beyond belief. I got bit on the lip by a brown recluse when I was 16. It happened when I was asleep and I woke up to it biting me and smashing it as it was hurting. The doctor I saw later identified it. In a matter of 10 minutes I was dizzy throwing up nose bleeding and my lip turn black and half of it rotted off. My mother refused to take me to the hospital (it was 3 am and I was unconscious on the floor in the hallway trying to get to the phone.) well the school made my mom take me to the doctor and they said I was lucky it was my lip because it was a high blood source area so the venom passed threw my body faster and the lip is a highly regenerative area so it would heal. Actually later in life I found out I had a heart condition that makes my heart beat 3x faster than a normal person so normally that’s EXTREMELY dangerous when it comes to injury’s or venom situations but it being my lip it pumped it threw so much faster it got out of my system faster so it may have saved me. Well for two months I had a giant black hole on half my bottom lip and my work hid me in the back room so people wouldn’t have to look at me. To this day my bottom lip is constantly dried cracked split and bleeding and no treatment works. Can’t ware lipstick or anything just lip oil. Nothing helps. Those spiders are evil af.

The venomous* (not poisonous) spiders one is actually funny to me, because spiders aren't out to kill you, contrary to popular belief. All OP had to do was sweep them outside. It probably was a wasp nest, as I had a few in a box outside, and when I cracked them open, there was a bunch of dead spiders in them at the bottom.
Plus, recluse and even widow bites won't kill you. You'll most likely not even need medical attention. (Of course you should get it, in case you're the one person who might actually get seriously injured.)
TL;DR: SPIDERS DON'T BITE FOR NO REASON! Sweep them outside or just flick them.
That’s not popular belief. You’d have to be an idiot if you thought spiders had a personal vendetta against you.
Unless its name was Shelob and you had a certain ring on your person.
Definitely a dirt dobber nest. Also those pictures are SOOOOO NOT brown recluse spiders. Too many see brown spider and assume the worst. Also hard to find recluses in big groups, hence the name. But thank you for the venomous acknowledgment! That whole story was irritating
Depends on the spider, black widows and brown recluses are pretty non aggressive were as funnel webs, trap door spiders mouse spider ie will bite just standing next to them and will inject venom, some spider species are incredibly territorial and aggressive and will pretty much bite for no reason other than the fact that they are mean creatures. Like one of the two spiders commonly called "bazillion wandering spider" but is actually called Phoneutria nigriventer which is actually a different species will actually jump at you trying to bite if you get close. And some other old world tarantulas are also very aggressive and will bite if you get near.
@@JRRTolkienRealno but some spider species are incredibly aggressive like Phoneutria nigriventer will jump at you and try to bite you if you get near it. And funnel webs will also bite unprovoked.
@JamesJames-li2wv That's interesting. Thanks for the info. But yeah, I think my point still stands for the most part, that spiders won't attack unless threatened, and you can literally flick them, and they'll die
My goodness 😂 The Key Lime Pie one was just from people (including me) trolling different boards back then. I can't remember when and who exactly started it but I'm sure most of my online friends and a few of my classmates did posts on different boards because it was such a meme back then. Iirc, my online friend was the one who introduced us about the idea because it was going around in the 4Chan. Well, like a normal teen who spends so much time online, we did the same most people do back then 😅
Suddenly, i feel like a part of a big conspiracy theory because of this 😅

it's the internet's version of "for ritual purposes". if you can't figure out what's going on with something, it's easier (and more interesting) to just assume that it's something fucked up and bizarre.
None of those spiders are brown recluses. The patterning is not correct, and brown recluses are not fuzzy like that. Also, spiders don't sting they bite and poison ≠ venomous. People really do be out here on the internet pretending they know things. 💀💀💀
The Philmarilion got me dying, even JRR would have a chuckle @ that 😆
it's so depressing that not only did a teen girl get groomed, abused and killed, people were more than willing to find out where she was buried. god knows what those disturbed creeps wanted to do to the body
But someone obviously gave the coordinates up to law enforcement, so I think that's a bit of a reach. Most people on 4chan are just a bunch of bored losers, not necrophiliacs.
Dude, YOU'RE the creep. You see people wanting to find out where a missing person is and your first thought is to accuse them of wanting to do something weird to the person. YOU need help.
@coltonwilkie241 i'm not a creep. i say that because i know the nature of people, especially on websites like 4chan that are full of criminals and the most depraved communities you could think of. its just really concerning to me that so many people were willing to get the coordinates for the buried body of a dead girl. as the commenter above said, some people couldve tried to get it to report it, but its still really weird to me. i hope she's resting in peace, she was failed by so many people in her life :(
@@milesike ohhh, that makes sense, thank you
4chan users are often creeps, so I won't vouch for all of them, but if you were told that you could potentially be able to bring forth evidence about the murder of an innocent, young teen, would you not take it? It seems more than logical to try, even if it would likely amount to nothing. Some level of cynicism is warranted here, but there is clearly a good reason that WAY more people, even among those who use 4chan, would do that for.

It's impossible, not to mention. An anti personnel grenade wouldn't cause that much destruction since it's just a "convenient shrapnel launcher" meant to damage people. Sure it can damage properties due to its small blast radius, but eh. It's not like in the movies.

The Swedish text at 11:08 is a copy and paste of the Swedish radio dialogue from the game P.T. Trolling at its finest.
My dog was bitten by a brown recluse. A large section of the skin on her back became necrotic, but we were told to just wait for it to fall off by itself, that new skin would develop underneath. And that’s what happened! Took awhile, but she healed just fine!
In fact, we joke that the spider bite actually extended her life, because she had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and given just 6 months to love. But she made it another year and a half, passing away in her sleep overnight in our bed between my husband and I.
We do get an exterminator here every 2 months now.
Miss you Gigi ❤

everytime i hear you speak about a topic that im familiar with, you always have new details or insight that i never knew. like i heard about the grenade kid but never did it occur to me that the situation wouldve been fake
Post numbers are sequential, but span the entire board. Not random, though.
I think im just kinda stupid. I've lived in Asheville my entire life, and Ive never heard of Captain Kutchies. I've seen that building hundreds of times though.
What is inside or around that building
It was probably just some small business, and may have had a short span of time it was open. It really isn't that weird.
For the one concerning the Wii U, though the pictures are grainy, the spiders don’t look at all like brown recluses to me. They lack the distinguishing characteristics and proportions that indicate a recluse, and most likely, in my opinion seem to be species of the Cheiracanthium genus, also known as the yellow sac spiders.
I saw someone else in the comments pretty nonchalantly brushing this off as obviously fake due to the idea that spiders stung by Mud dauber wasps remain permanently paralyzed. While this is the common consensus, this is far too understudied (for obvious reasons), to completely rule out, in scientific mind, the possibility of a spider being able to eventually escape this paralysis to any extent. Also if this were fake the “props” are certainly very convincing. They don’t look to me to be fake, and the idea that someone went around collecting an absurd amount of what appear to be the same species of spider, as well as placing them in a position where they appear to be convincingly unresponsive while not having any noticeable external injuries that would represent manhandling just brings up more questions than answers. Of course all of this isn’t to say that it’s undeniably or even most likely real, but rather I don’t think we can rule out the possibility this way. The poster may have also been mistaken or not intending to imply that they were all coming alive.
Whether real or fake, it boggles my mind how this could have happened. The situation actually did and somewhat does still look somewhat fake to me, not in the way the spiders individually look, which I’ve already established appear to be both convincingly paralyzed/dead (or alive as in the one photo) and real to me, but they way they are positioned after supposedly falling out on there own after the nest had been broken open, as well as how the nest seems to look on the inside. Though once again the few photos we got are poor quality and it’s somewhat unclear what could of happened during his breaking open of the nest.
Another thing that caught my eye as strange was how all of the spiders seemed to be the same or very similar species. Mud daubers are known to have preferences but I’ve never heard of any specifically targeting sac spiders and there isn’t much to me that would indicate a yellow sac spider being an ideal prey for a brooding wasp. Brown recluses for instance actually have a feature rare for spiders, in that they are known to live communally. I could imagine that a this could cause a brooding mud dauber nearby a large group to end up selecting a lot of brown recluses even though I’ve never heard of them preferring them. However while yellow sac spiders certainly aren’t uncommon they aren’t communal or known to live in any way that I would think would make them especially appealing to mud daubers. I suppose that possibly this individual brooding female had both been able to hunt yellow sac spiders with efficiency and had learned to independently favor them and recognize them as ideal hosts for their parasitic larvae.

*venomous not poisonous spiders, and brown recluses aren't that dangerous, though necrosis can happen it's usually only if you're allergic or a bite isn't kept properly cleaned
The Key Lime Pie comments were the prototype for what would be known as a copypasta but hey you gotta get that bag, I guess.
I didn’t know it back then, but 2 years ago, there was smth like this spider nest just right next to my window. It scared me and I destroyed it, there was nothing inside ( It probably got killed or ate by another insect )
But I didn’t actually know I could have died bc of that.
Also the worst thing in her is how a 3 gram ineft can end you with 0,1ml of poison
Brown recluse is nowhere near as dangerous as that post made them out to be
Neither are black widows, they don't bite unless you really mess with them and if you get the bite cleaned it will hurt but most likely not do any real damage unless you have other health conditions
They totally could be in the place they are most often found, which is rural areas, potentially hours away from hospitals, and they likely don't get immediate attention. Furthermore, it is always possible that a person has a worse reaction, or they get multiple bites, which would make things worse. It is a lot of extenuating circumstances to make it as scary as it is portrayed, but they didn't get that reputation from nowhere.
