    Hi, I liked watching this! I love your Channel! I also am very bloated but not from liver from some of my disabilities. I hope you can have a good day soon! I will try warm. I have in-diagnosed joint issues but they hurt so bad. And they are very flexible. My skin is very sensitive but I will try to get the water as warm as I can! I also love watching these over the months and see what stays the same and which differs! I really like these though!

    This seems like such a complex routine! How long does this take you, typically?

      It is. It’s takes a lot of work. In total, it takes about half an hour+ probably. More if I’m doing it all from scratch. Maybe a little closer to an hour when it’s starting with all new tubing. I filmed and am currently editing an in depth routine and showing it *all* in real time. It’s a lot to have a feeding tube, and don’t think people know that it takes a lot to even maintain have a feeding tube. I go into more detail in that video, so I’ll come back and tag it here once it’s posted (or you can subscribe, if you want to)💚
