You don't think the little monkeys are too small?! Could they choke on them?! I'm a new Sugar Glider Mommy and I've been watching millions of videos, trying to put together/ make some toys for them and get ideas for random things. I have a regular sized Barrel of Monkeys, but I also have the mini key chain monkeys. Should I do both, one or the other? Or just the big ones because I'm worried about the key chain monkeys being too small?! Also, is it safe to leave the feathers in the cage? I have a package of colorful feathers and I just use them during tent time for play. I noticed that they bite/chew/try to eat. So if I had left the feathers in the cage, I'm pretty sure they would eat them up. And that's okay?!

I'm a crochet/knitter, do you think maybe cotton yarn could be used to make toys and stuff? And hemp yarn? I say cotton because as far as I know it washes easy and doesn't fray like acrylic, but I don't have tiny little claws to try it on...
I am a crocheter and I have 2 gliders I would not put any thing in there in less you have really tight stitches because toes and possibly legs could get caught and might end up with a broke toe/leg.

I'm supposed to be getting a little girl in the end of April so I'm trying to get more info and tips and I was wondering about bathing? How often, what's ok to use and what to avoid and what not. Any advice?
Yes I clean them either in the dish washer, by hand with Dawn dish soap, or, for the soft toys and cage sets, I put them in the washing machine (no fabric softener they have sensitive noses to scents)
WelshPonyFreak I hope that helps. I do have a video of Lilly barking and she's less than a year old. They can get surprisingly loud for as small as they are! Sometimes they wake me, sometimes they don't. That's why I say to listen to a video so you can decide. :)
They will chew and eat parts of them. I own 2 sugar gliders and they are a male and a female and they chew and chew until the feathers gone so be cautious
Facebook has a "sugar glider trading tree" where you trade glider items for glider items. The first weekend of each month its open to trade glider items for anything not glider related.

Lesa Joanne they sell them online for gliders so I don't see why not. I just picked up some myself but haven't put them in the cage yet

Stephanie Young No bathing required. They're like cats, they clean themselves. And they are very good at it. Lol.

How sharp are sugar glider teeth.. Like what materials can they bite through and what material is dangerous for them
Well they can chew through that mesh on windows that keep bugs out-their teeth are about as sharp as a bunny's

You just have really bad volume settings. It's really loud if you got good settings.
