In KOP back in 2001 when the new Pavilion wing is open, there is an elevator with some glass on the door almost like this one, but in 2006, the glasses were removed and the door was completely replaced with conventional door.

oh I was thinking that it may have been a Montgomery but modernized by Payne and kept the same motor and bells

It is a Schindler. Schindler motor, Schindler controller and Schindler indicator.

I was 2 in 2008, so this was pre-modernization.
It wasn’t modernized until 2016.
