Minnesota Hydraulic Elevator @ Galleria Mall, Fort Lauderdale, FL

I filmed this back in 2018. This Minnesota Elevator got modernized by Schindler and the cab changed. I really miss the Minnesota Elevator and the old cabs are very nice.
This elevator is near the Palm Court at Galleria Mall.

The hydraulic pump unit is large, so therefore, the oil rumbles in the pump unit and cylinder, elevator car going down. It also rumbles going up.

I actually hope they don’t get rid of the NM elevator here (which is my favorite at this mall) as the center is undergoing a huge redevelopment!

When the elevator got modded it was kind of a pointless and unnecessary mod. I know this because I this is my local mall and I’ve rode this elevator a lot and I don’t know why it got modded
