I must have seen 100 interviews and news reports about immigrants and small boats. "Must stamp it out" they always say. But I have almost never seen anybody willing to talk honestly and sincerely about the International Policies that are the reason life is unbearable in much of the global south.

let's also remember that this is in Putin's playbook. He wants chaos and enabling human trafficking and refugee controversies is absolutely something he is doing elsewhere

They don't need to "rewrite" The Constitution they just get their Supreme Court to say the words don't mean what we all know they mean.

Thanks to the NHS, the UK has a higher life expectancy than the USA. Therefore, we need more immigrants of working age to pay tax to cover our pensions, social care and health care.

Isn't the top court already doing the rewriting?

Sopal is nailing it on the UK, as for Trump I think John was suggesting Trump is full of himself and a gasbag.

Just like the rest of the BBC when it comes to US politics they all live in the Washington bubble. They all, still !, think Hillary is brilliant. She was and still is a useless politician.

Who is a Hamas supporter in the UK or the US!? I know many people who support the Palestinians during a genocide, but none of them are pro-Hamas😊

You may not know them socially, but there were a fair few on those first three marches in London. A minority to be sure, but significant. They have certainly thinned out by the last one.

Plenty of pro Palestinian supporters are pro Hamas. If you chant 'from the river to the sea' you are a Hamas supporter. It is that simple.

It's humanitarianism. :) Some of us care about people. Whoever they are.

Zionazis know, on some level, that they don't have a leg to stand on, morally speaking. So they have only two crude weapons in their arsenal: 1) Calling all opponents of Palestinian genocide "antisemites", a word that has been stripped of all its power by gratuitous overuse. 2) Equating any opposition to Palestinian genocide with support for Hamas. Hamas is only in power because of Israel. I don't support them in the slightest, but I believe Palestinians have the right to fight back against their own extermination by any means necessary.

Up to the Middle East topic you had my attention; then the wishy washy response; both sides bollocks reminded me of Piers Morgan vomit
