    Fair is fair, I will add that customer service has reacted to my issue, and they have responded adequately with valve replacement being shipped to me. Hopefully that will solve my issue, will update once new valve arrive.

    Be aware !!! I have purchased three of those because they have all the function I wanted to have, but if i only new that they will flood my home, and then i will have always problems with valves that do flushing (like some of the ohter comments) i would never spend that much money on them!!!!!!!

    If the remote does not work can it be operated manually.

      Yes, of course! There's a manual flush button on the toilet that is operated by a battery, in case the remote loses connection or power failure.

    I purchased it and if someone taking shower it don’t have enough pressure to flush, always blocking the pressure to puss is minimum

    How is the OVE tank mounted

    The power outlet - it does not have to be GFCI????
    Regulations where I live require that an outlet within 1 m must be a GFCI outlet.

      I realize this response is late but if there is a GFCI receptacle upstream on the circuit then all downstream receptacles will be protected by that one GFCI.

      Hi I have a continuously low flush pressure ? How to fix low pressure during flush ? After flush is pressed, the pressure nozzle pushes water much much lower pressure. Unable to flush.
