Hey Andrew. I don't see the videos on screen that you refer to at the end of the video. I would like to see the video with the 13 steps and potentially the other video you reference
This is the kind of content that humans are supposed to consume - not that weird, overly edited, dopamine hitting crap we usually get from most other creators. Thank you for continuously blessing us with your wisdom & spirit Andrew 🙏
*Essence of the 50min video* Solve the business problem you're facing in this exact order: 1. *Niche* - find your niche 2. *Transformation* - if people buy, what is the transformation gained/problem solved 3. *Price* - your price should be cheaper than the hurdles/problems buyers face 4. *Mechanism* - this is the delivery aka ebook, course, forum, coaching, product etc etc 5. *Access* - ways or channels you engineer to scale to a wider audience Good luck!
We miss your videos Andrew!! They are beyond helpful but most importantly valuable. Hope to see you check in every now with something raw like this when inspiration hits. You’ve come a long way since you interviewed me for an editor position. I’ve started and sold an e-commerce since then thanks to your advice. Keep doing big things legend.
I did a Dopamine Detox in June because of you (2 days after you stopped uploading) and now that I decided I'll do another on Friday, you come up on my feed again with this! Amazing, gonna get everything down, the whats (goals), the whys (reason the goal is important), the whos (identity shift) and the hows (plan). And I have a feeling that I'll start on my creator journey after that Edit: just finished watching awesome video thank you so much for this andrew looking forward to seeing more from you !
not trying to downplay that you have got to 10k p month multiple times, but having a huge audience and large amounts of capital to reinvest makes things a lot easier.
@@SatsiriWinberg i did listen. If you had any logic you'd know that he succeeded the 1st time and rode that success. It's not the same as starting from scratch 6 times.
You have provided so much value in your walk and talk - and run, climb, and jump. In a ‘the world is your oyster’ stage of this, it is immeasurably helpful to have a framework with which to begin. What I also find really inspiring, is that you, someone who has made more money than most presumably, is taking time for a walk in the woods. Fantastic. Also, that bit about money psychology was illuminating. Thankd
the most valuable takeaway i got from this video was right around 20:00 before you cut yourself off for “meandering”. Incredible. “Niche down on goal and not topic - then credibility hack.”
Once upon a time you made a video discussing Synthesizers. That video spoke to some part of me I didn't know existed, but have since become familiar with. Ive watched your content for years and have enjoyed growing together in different parts of the world. You inspire me and I'm grateful for videos and thoughts. Cheers
@@blueshanks1 You know, Uni it's cool. But it's a personal decision in my opinion. I decided it because I think I'll be learning more valuable stuff, how to sell, marketing, grow my own business... But probably I'll go back to uni when I'm ready, and when I have a nice place to do deep work, I'll go back to finish it, just for the fun of studying.
Andrew - Brilliant video and a beautiful reminder of the muddy wonderment of the English countryside (Devon born but been abroad the last 8 years) I have a coaching biz - Worked with some very high level gents - Hit 5-10k per month but looking for clarification around positioning and systems to make it consistent and predictable - I know what I offer is incredibly valuable looking for clarity about how to package it all up Just wondering if you do 1v1 mentorship - Or even just a 1 time call - I'm looking to invest and I love your takes - Would love to get in contact
Great video, Andrew -- thank you for making it so informative, educational and at the same time FUN to watch. Subscribed, liked and started following you on X. PS: be careful with parkour -- you don't wanna break a leg, do you? 😊Cheers, Ryan.
You´re my role model! I hope that one day I can return to your youtube comments, saying that I made my first thousand dollars with my online business, simply because you inspired me and showed me that there is a way
Just watched/listened to this video, I love your storytelling. I’ve come to similar conclusions myself and am working on my own project from that point view. However nothing on the scale of what you’re talking about. That said, I loved seeing English countryside, I’m 2 weeks before my due date and I’ve got this incredible urge to go out for a walk now. 😂 luckily it’s lovely winter sunny day here, so I’ll be following your example in a few minutes. ☀️😁
hi Andrew, thank you for the talk. I think the value in such videos is exponentially dependent on time, not linearly. I would like to ask: 1. what are the access channels? I didn‘t really understand that and I feel like you haven‘t explained properly. 2. what is the video with the 13 steps? the only video that is showing on the screen is the 18 minutes long ''the truth about the new rich''
I'm officially a fan of Andrews Adventure Talks now ❤ 😁 When I think about business I think about doing it freely having fun like I had as a child, and that's basically just what what I saw from 36:00 to 42:00
Honestly crazy that this is Free in 2024, would've paid hundreds of dollars for this. Thanks for the value, I'll implement it as good as possible! Time to get part of the new rich :)
I've noticed many of protocols from project management can be used in everyday life. Like problem solving algorithm. Or risk management. But they are not used almost at all because they often are so badly described and explained that I need to explain them with my own words to people in the company I work for. And then they become the key to many gates.
I need to download the transcript and read it in my own peace, I'm a non-native speaker, and this makes no sense to me. Can you enable transcript download, please?
Any advice on niche research? I really struggle finding niches that does not already seem oversaturated. If I were to go with a passion of mine, it would be visual branding, which in itself is a fine niche, but if the business model isn't providing branding services, then teaching it in some way it is the second option, but it seems to me that this isn't exactly a high paying audience, in fact it seems like an audience that is broke and want to learn logo design to start making money. So Im back to square one trying to find a niche
Yeah often i heard find a niche but how to do that well find it. Probably you need to search for diffrent keywords in google and know your branch like IT, programming or something and you need to dive deep, and this is the part of the hard work. Btw. by knowing your branch i mean reading articles about it and finally you can find one interesting piece and google that, unfortunately or fortunately it takes time and work.
You've opened my mind so much! I just started focusing on my own channel. I enjoy making it cinematic but you've shown me how I can make that helpful for others. I appreciate how you analyze your decisions.
Im a bit confused with the skool challenge and the cost of auto renewal and subscription for the challenge because im starting with nothing and not able to cover high monthly costs
After 14 days you will start being charged $99 a month for your Skool community. Depending on the model you choose you should be able to be earning at least that much.
I do have a instagram channel but i am kinda hesitant to start a youtube channel, my excuse is i dont have a good setting or a good camera and not sure if people will understand me.
Well, it's good that you recognise that it's only an excuse. You will lose nothing by starting a channel. I'll feel uncomfortable, but that seems like not a bad trade for trying, right?
22:45 I'm glad you didn't put "quit" in the title or hook of this video! I would have skipped it because the whole quitting TH-cam bandwagon has to be the most meh and clickbaity bandwagon that ever rolled! 🙄
Just yesterday I was thinking what was Andrew upto the past few months. And that was just a few hrs before you uploaded this video. I was thinking you used all your ideas to atleast be making a lot of money since you stopped the channel. I was right. What a coencidence.

What's the Tate model ..sell a membership how to make money online?
OG Synthesiser is back, Hamza and Dan Koe shaking in their boots.
