Tour of a mechanical room at an Apartment Building in Dearborn, MI

This boiler/chiller room literally has insanely massive pump and motors.
they're also water heaters in this room too.
They have a mini-monitor sized touchscreen for the chillers.
I discovered Toshiba G3 TOSVERT-130 HVAC drives that drive these possibly 50 inch or more large pumps.
There are also some single-contactor starter in the mechanical room. That means it uses only a few contactor that start the motor.
*By the way, this video was also uploaded on the day of my sister's birthday.
Happy birthday to my sister that I'm not going to be specificing for privacy reasons. I've had my sister's name on multiple videos and I plan not to do it again.

There are also some extremely tiny chillers with Danfoss Turbocor centrifugal compressors.
these are screw chillers and they are manufactured by McQuay, before Daikin bought them out.
This is an amazing mechanical room is perfectly sized and it's really tiny, and I hope I get to come back.

Went to Fast, is that a McQuay “Diakin,” Magnetic Bearing Chiller. If so, don’t let EMS Control the Condenser Water Temperature. The Chiller needs to do that. Warned them about that, and yes the tore up the Compressor.
