    ⚠ Hi again Ross ! Well, I'm going to give you 2 THUMBS Up on this video ! 👍👍 - I'll say this is MY favourite video of yours now. Tons of snow ( I love snow ) Great music, loved the boom boom when the door opened ! Your son was in the video ! and your daughter was having a total blast driving your Kubota ! That's what it is all about, create memories with your kids. Get them involved, and it's just so much better ! Oh and hello ? Tim Hortons has nothing on you .... AMAZING Kubota Doughnuts you did there ! ... and yeah that epic opener with the mini bike. ⚠Great video Ross ! your best video of all time ! 🙂👍

      Standard bucket and back hoe. I am looking at the thumb and some led lights. I have an ATV that I plow with and need something bigger. With the blower I will not need to plow, as I will be able to throw the snow into the next county. Possibly a canopy in the summer. That's about it so far. Huckabone is the local dealer in Cobden.

    Going to have to fab up a plow on the mini bike 😂! A snow blower is great for that deep stuff. That was a major snow storm for sure, and I think you were excited. I know I would have been. The biggest single snow I’ve seen here was in 1993, we had 36” with drifts in places over 12ft. It was crazy. Dad had a 650 John Deere at the time, it sure gave that little thing a workout! This was a blast to watch! Madison did an excellent job! Take care!

I like the size of that tractor I was thinking the bucket would be good here as well, but we get enough snow that I want to blow it as far away as I can :) and I don't have to worry about lifting snow over a hill halfway through winter. Howdy Ross. I really enjoy your channel. I don't know if you'll get this but I'll ask anyway. When the outside temperature drops to -15 to -20°C, my Kubota BX23s backhoe stabilizer feet slowly descend to the ground, when the temperature is -10 or lower no problem though. Have you ever heard of this? The hydrostatic fluid is full. No leaks anywhere. It's not a "problem" but I have no idea why.

    • @RossOnTheLand
      @RossOnTheLand  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Shayne, thanks for the compliment. Are your backhoe feet slow to move when you are trying to lower them while working in cold temps or just what's called leak down while they are just sitting there unused?
      If slow while using them in cold it's because it takes a long time for warm fluid to reach the cylinders so take it slow and really let things warm up before heavy use.
      If they just slowly fall by themselves, this is normal for practically all cylinders. When I take my backhoe off for the winter I run a ratchet strap across them to stop the leak down.
      It's also important to use the secure pins on the backhoe arm because it leaks down as well and can damage items if you park close to walls and other things.
      Let me know if you have any other questions.

    • @shaynesmith398

    I have a bx question unrelated to this video. I have a 2021 bx2680 and it seems the coolant level frequently needs attention. I think it is a evaporation issue. No leaks anywhere. Only 25 hrs on my tractor now. do you experience this with your bx? Have you by chance heard of this with other folks?

    • @RossOnTheLand
      @RossOnTheLand  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Tim. That's a common issue. The factory doesn't bleed all air out of the system, so you are right at about the time when you can add more to the max line and then it should be stable. That happened to me, and many other BX owners. Nothing to worry about, there are no issues, just needs a top up. The other thing to check is the little yellow cap on the front differentials. Check the amount and make sure that it's up there as well
