    Thanks for the video, it helped me today to be able to leave the deck on and still be able to till. One thing to note in my case, the quick hitch was hitting the ROP’s because I had the ROP’s down. The three point wasn’t lifting up all the way due to the interference. Once I moved the ROPs out of the way the knob worked as intended.

    Awesome vid. I’ve never lived where it snowed. I’ve always wondered if the water line could be wrapped with insulation so it doesn’t freeze if it’s borderline at the freeze depth.

    Hay.... Straw is made from wheat/grain shafts after the grain heads have been harvested. All the nutrients are in the grains and what is left is the straw shaft below the head. Hence straw. Straw is the leftovers from the harvest and they want to get it off the field before tilling or replanting. 😅 Its a waste product.

    I seem to be having trouble with my BX2380..... we have just purchased it recently, and even when I put the 3 point all the way up, my knob will not spin in either direction. Maybe I am missing something, however I feel like I am doing it how you've explained! Any suggestions? Thanks!

    • @RossOnTheLand
      @RossOnTheLand 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hello Brendan, if it has not been used in a long time the detents on the backside shaft (under the deck) may be seized. Put the rear 3pt arms all the way up, and get under the tractor and look at the knob's shaft. The shaft runs on a stepped bar (controlling the mid mount mower height) Make sure it's free and not sitting on the shaft. You should then be able to spray some PB Blaster or lubricant on it. Then go up and use channel locks on the plastic knob (protected by a rag or something) and slowly work it loose. I routinely have to wear gloves as the spring to clamp is very stiff. It will rotate in either direction. Let me know if you have any trouble.

    I own a small trailer rental company, and i'm thinkint about adding a skid steer and mini excavator to the rental fleet, i already have enough zerks to grease as it is, been condidering getting the M-18 grease gun

      I would highly recommend the M-18 over the M-12 for sure. More power, and an easy setting for the number of pumps. Hope it goes well for you.

    The snow blower van has a 2 foot LED mounted on the roof above the windshield that lights up my road and a bit of the field on either side as well, Love those light bars. I still need lights on the rear roof though. I also have a magnetic flashing amber beacon for when I am out on the grid road so I can be seen at night. Your light install is very clean. I like it.

      Hey! Thanks I like these lights as well. I have a flashing beacon light on my Mike for the same thing, and I just use the flashers and triangle on the tractor. Have a great weekend.

    Great job on the barn door. Where did you get the latch from if I may ask?
