I didn’t watch this live, but I’ve enjoyed watching it later. I wish I’d seen it sooner, because I have recently tried my hard at changing a spot or two on a canvas, and I just colored straight over without doing the white first. So this is very informative. I am no artist, by any stretch of the imagination, so its been so cool seeing how it’s done. I’ve been in my stitching chair watching you on my TV while I stitch. Very fun! Your voice is very relaxing. Also, where are your canvasses sold and what is the design company called? I’m sorry but I don’t know your name. 😬 Edit: I used my noggin and found you online using your TH-cam channel name.
Starke Art Designs is my canvas line. They are distributed by www.cbkneedlepoint.com/starke-art-designs.html Next time you will know exactly how to tackle the repaint! 😊
@@starkeart yes I will! Thanks so much. I do have one question. Will the color stay put during blocking for finishing? Don’t they get the canvas wet sometimes?
I am Kelly Starke, no need to worry about the paint. Wet blocking should not be done, it removes all the sizing from the canvas. It can also activate overdyed fibers and make them bleed.😬
You do such amazing work.
