This guy is an animator and maker of funny internet content, who got doxxed and sent death threats for making a video about liking women. Basically, Twitter did what Twitter does and claimed he was all sorts of things based off a comedy skit. It doesn't help that JoCat is very heavily LGBTQ+ positive, and was attacked by a mob that actively sought anything they could latch onto to destroy him. Sadly, very recently, JoCat decided to step back off the internet entirely, after the harassment got to the point of doxxing, death threats to him and his family, and suspicious packages being mail to his home. Shine some light on this, if you can; the poor guy is getting lambasted for next to nothing, and I think you'd probably find his content humorous.

Also it’s important to note that Blair gave Wonder a car under a payment plan, and when he was fired before his deadline (and before he had even made a dent in the payment) she basically went to his house in the dead of night to reclaim the car. She claims in the court document that she got police involvement to let Wonder get his things, but he was never notified of this and it’s pretty likely his stuff is long gone- including a personal channel play button and a lot of other belongings. Oz and Wonder were done so dirty, yet somehow Blair seems to think that she can will a win in her favor into existence if she throws enough money at a lawyer. Personally I want to know who her lawyer is, because some of the bullshit they’re letting Blair do is beyond insane. This hits home for me because my cousin went through a similar relationship with his first wife. They were married for about a year before getting devorced, and it's a good thing he got out when he did because she turned out to be extremely controlling. She refused to let him drive anywhere, he couldn't buy a pair of socks without her permission first, and she did everything in her power to isolate him from his friends and family.

I didn't know about any drama or anything in the background of Iilluminaughtii before this all blew up, but I'd stopped watching her videos for what I'll call "The Rape of the Lock" syndrome. That is, she would take trivial things and serious things and treat them with the same seriousness, giving off an air of not being able to tell the difference in scale between the two things. It's probably been over a year since I've watched one of her videos so I don't have a specific example, but it would be like if she was covering a situation where a team leader almost got people killed marching them through a desert with no supplies, but she was busy bloviating about how said leader insulted someone's hairdo earlier. Rude, yes, but not really the most important aspect of what happened, and doesn't require the same amount of airtime, dramatic sighing, and preaching about how all hair is equal hair. I've had this happen with other TH-camrs, too, where I might watch their content at first, but it gets old because it's constantly hyperbolic or you catch onto how they're trying to bait you rather than just covering an issue. It comes off as superficial. So, it didn't surprise me when all this came out.

Sometimes when having a bad day, I like to go to illuminaughtii's channel and look at her current video viewcounts to remind myself that i'll never ruin my own life that badly.
I used to watch her vids when they were about reading reddit posts, like from r/dndmemes or maybe r/amitheahole. But then she went on to these preachy videos against MLM (which are bad, since they are basically "legal" Pyramid schemes) or other bad companies, organizations, etc and I started to wonder if she has skeletons in her own closet. Remember folks, those whom accuse others of misdeeds might also be guilty of those same or other bad misdeeds. It is called projection.
i feel like the worst thing about this is she WAS his boss and knew exactly how much he is being paid so her putting a lean on HIS house is just much worse as she knew he wouldn't be able to afford the payments which is effectively blackmailing him to comply to her demands and trying to silence him with fraudulent means. If he was not able to afford the mortgage the lean would take into effect and she would therefore be entitled to his property and can do whatever she wants with it. More than likely she was gonna sell his house that she took over, force him to leave through evictions court which would tarnish his reputation for when looking for a new place, and not only that she doubled it. She used both herself and her "company" to double hit him, she was basically going to punish her victim by tripling down on him so she could force him to come crawling back to her so she can gain control over him again. This thankfully didn't work as his community banded together in recorded beating time to save him from losing his house, sure blair and her company get paid off but im sure shes pissed her plans are not working. plus the extra money can go into future payments to keep the home safe and that frees up some time to work on that doc about how much a pos blair really is, though now it may need to be used for getting a lawyer to break down what she coerced him to sign in counter suing blair as there is a lot of laws she's been breaking as an employer. she dont want to get that kinda heat on her.
This is one reason I have a rule to never date coworkers, I won't do it. If anything goes sour you only make your job a thousand times worse. You may be hot, you may be fun to hang with, but once we get off work for the day, that's when our relationship ends for the day, see you tomorrow.

This hits home for me because my cousin went through a similar relationship with his first wife. They were married for about a year before getting devorced, and it's a good thing he got out when he did because she turned out to be extremely controlling. She refused to let him drive anywhere, he couldn't buy a pair of socks without her permission first, and she did everything in her power to isolate him from his friends and family.

A lot of our stuff sadly comes from child labor countries including the tech we use, but the reason why those kids have to work is because their economy suck so bad they went back to the industrial age.
Kids need the money to get to school and stay alive because not everyone can be a Mr. Beast, sad situation, almost no solution out there since the countries that do this are di©tatorships or leaning towards that.

I didn't know about any drama or anything in the background of Iilluminaughtii before this all blew up, but I'd stopped watching her videos for what I'll call "The Rape of the Lock" syndrome. That is, she would take trivial things and serious things and treat them with the same seriousness, giving off an air of not being able to tell the difference in scale between the two things. It's probably been over a year since I've watched one of her videos so I don't have a specific example, but it would be like if she was covering a situation where a team leader almost got people killed marching them through a desert with no supplies, but she was busy bloviating about how said leader insulted someone's hairdo earlier. Rude, yes, but not really the most important aspect of what happened, and doesn't require the same amount of airtime, dramatic sighing, and preaching about how all hair is equal hair.
I've had this happen with other TH-camrs, too, where I might watch their content at first, but it gets old because it's constantly hyperbolic or you catch onto how they're trying to bait you rather than just covering an issue. It comes off as superficial. So, it didn't surprise me when all this came out.

Sometimes when having a bad day, I like to go to illuminaughtii's channel and look at her current video viewcounts to remind myself that i'll never ruin my own life that badly.
I used to watch her vids when they were about reading reddit posts, like from r/dndmemes or maybe r/amitheahole. But then she went on to these preachy videos against MLM (which are bad, since they are basically "legal" Pyramid schemes) or other bad companies, organizations, etc and I started to wonder if she has skeletons in her own closet. Remember folks, those whom accuse others of misdeeds might also be guilty of those same or other bad misdeeds. It is called projection.

i feel like the worst thing about this is she WAS his boss and knew exactly how much he is being paid so her putting a lean on HIS house is just much worse as she knew he wouldn't be able to afford the payments which is effectively blackmailing him to comply to her demands and trying to silence him with fraudulent means. If he was not able to afford the mortgage the lean would take into effect and she would therefore be entitled to his property and can do whatever she wants with it. More than likely she was gonna sell his house that she took over, force him to leave through evictions court which would tarnish his reputation for when looking for a new place, and not only that she doubled it. She used both herself and her "company" to double hit him, she was basically going to punish her victim by tripling down on him so she could force him to come crawling back to her so she can gain control over him again. This thankfully didn't work as his community banded together in recorded beating time to save him from losing his house, sure blair and her company get paid off but im sure shes pissed her plans are not working. plus the extra money can go into future payments to keep the home safe and that frees up some time to work on that doc about how much a pos blair really is, though now it may need to be used for getting a lawyer to break down what she coerced him to sign in counter suing blair as there is a lot of laws she's been breaking as an employer. she dont want to get that kinda heat on her.
This is one reason I have a rule to never date coworkers, I won't do it. If anything goes sour you only make your job a thousand times worse. You may be hot, you may be fun to hang with, but once we get off work for the day, that's when our relationship ends for the day, see you tomorrow.

@@CombativeMedic I honestly think, if not this, it would have been something else which would put her in hot waters, like she has been in a lot of small dramas here and there over the years, and she were able to get scot-free or bully people into the silence, many of it is not mentioned in the videos about her, the last "big one" I heard about when one of youtubers which makes content "what happened to the pets of famous people" mentioned "her puppy Casper from the puppy mill" controversy and for a short time everybody remembered she literally drop-shipped her dog (puppy at the time) by plane to the State she lives at, which turned out to be sick and special needs dog due to unethical breeding practices by a seller, but so far as I can say no video survived which mentions anything about her dog, or how irresponsible she was when she bought Casper.

Two of her videos I watched were so full of misinformation I reported them. Prior to her getting cancelled she started moving her channel towards hit pieces and character assassinations and knowing how dishonest she was on other topics it’s obvious she wouldn’t have thought twice about lying about people and organizations and smearing them.

I actually liked her videos(had no opinion of her) I liked her voice was smooth and logical keeping it pretty even and I liked the simple video style I use to fall asleep with her on I have problem with falling asleep while it's quiet so I put on something that interesting but not attention grabbing and hers was so easy for it but I can't keep supporting her, when she goes after click, one topic and oz. I adore all three of them
If you don't mind scary stories i would suggest the channel Being Scared. Usually its scary stories with rain sound effects in the background the voices are usually soothing to me and i listen to it to sleep myself.
