    చాలా అద్భుతమైన వ్యాయామం.నేను రోజూ చేస్తున్నాను 😊... చాలా గుణం ఉంది.వెన్నెముక బలం పెరుగుతుంది.తుంటి కీళ్ళు బలం పెరుగుతుంది.తొడ పిక్కలు బలం పెరుగుతుంది... మోకాలి నొప్పులు తగ్గడానికి.... ఇవన్నీ బలంగా ఉండటం ముఖ్యం.... వీటిని పట్టించుకోకుండా... మోకాలి పై పూసే పూతలు...లోపల కి చేసే ఇంజెక్షన్ లు తాత్కాలికంగా పని చేస్తాయి...నా పర్సనల్ ఎక్స్పీరియన్స్... బరువు 74కేజీల నుండి 62కేజీలు కి తగ్గాను.... నేను నా నడకని ఆనందిస్తున్నాను...😊 ధన్యవాదాలు డాక్టర్ గారు.
