    I will give this a try! Thank you for sharing.
    A reverse osmosis water filtration system is a great investment. A simple under sink unit isn’t too expensive.

    Hi Jason, in regards to a previous comment suggesting you do water only fasting: Please be careful about water only fasting on your own, when you are in a weakened and low weight state. Fat fasting and bone broth may be slower, but it gives you the fat for energy, the nutrients from the bones, and the calories so you do not lose any more weight. Wait until you have more weight on your body. Also, find a doctor who is skilled in fasting protocols such as Dr. Jason Fung M.D. who practices in Toronto, Ont as he will know other doctors in Canada you can contact to monitor your process. Note: once you tip that level where you go down too far in weight, on a water only fast, it's not easy to get the weight back up. There are medical doctors out there who get it, and experienced fasters who have healed themselves from cancer, using fasting as a medicine, who have much experience. Water fasting can work, but, it is not for everybody-- it depends on many factors. I encourage you to do your research. I humbly suggest you talk to many people who have personal experience fasting and healing cancer. Every-one has a unique experience. I have confidence you can do this!
    Thank you for all your good work and inspiration! Much love to you and to your family, Mamaki.

      @@jasonwatson6104 I agree with what Mamaki said, but if you could get professional health supervision, i would ask about short dry fast, it could kick autophagy to its max, if your body can tolerate it. it is the easiest fast for me.

      @H4KnSL4K 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, adding enough salt (before you eat it) is crucial. I usually add peppercorns and rosemary to the liquid I make my bone broth in, and add the salt to taste after pressure cooking it for a few hours. Though I usually make soup with it, not drinking it straight, but I do find the taste good.

    I bake marrow to remove fat before boiling/presse cooking...
    Of course browning or caramelizing will give you some more carbohydrate
    take care

    Hey Jason. I noticed you like fat fasting but I want to come here and tell you that you should try doing a complete water fast. When you fast using fat, your digestion still has to work and you don't get the therapeutic levels of complete autophagy AS well as uptake in stemcell release from your bone marrow. Try doing a 14 day water only fast and i guarantee you will see INCREDIBLE RESULTS. Also try cerules line of stemcell enhance, and take it with meals. You also have raw, fermented things like sauerkraut, reverse osmosis water, sunlight and grounding. As well as blocking out emfs and blue light. If you incorporate all these things a long with strict carnivore with small amounts of fermented foods and true, water only, prolonged fasting, you'll see far better healing. Message or reply if u want more advice. I've been looking into this for a very long time

    Thanks Jason, you are true inspiration.
    Can you source yourself 100% grass-fed beef from a regenerative farm? I think it would make a big difference in term of nutrient density for you. Since I took the road of producing my own and going trough the process of learning the wrongs doings of the industry, I cant even process the idea of eating ''conventional'' meat, it is purely toxic and inflammatory.
    Keep the chin up, you are amazing in your fight.
