I'm both surprised and excited at your pick of Air gear. Legitimately is my favorite manga of all time and I was sad but it missed the spotlight as much as it did. I'm so glad to see it coming up in people's less now hopefully it can get a good popularity going
@@tdbearden yeah the art is amazing I'm surprised it's not bigger but yeah i don't think it's popularity will grow unless there's a new anime or something.
You've got great taste man Also choujin X is also my favourite manga in 2024 i definitely have it above kagurabachi and Sakamoto days The first manga you showed looks great bro they have alot of drip icl might be above that of bleach And witch hat atelier looks like a great read I'll definitely try it out during the holidays
You should check out Bugle’s Call - Song of War. It’s my favorite ongoing manga next to Heavenly Delusion. This is a good list so I think you’d really like it too. I’m also following Choujin X and Tower Dungeon, they are really nice.
Instant subscribe after watching you endorse ChoujinX in two videos. It is my favorite ongoing manga right now because I just love how introspective it is while also giving us breathtaking art. And one of the best things about it is Ishida is showing how much more polished and high quality manga that has time to cook and progress naturally is vs the WSJ model of a chapter per week and leading to burnout or bad endings. Maybe my attachment is because I was there from the start when ChoujinX's first chapters were released and I identified with Tokio so much. It's so rewarding to see that manga with a decent beginning grow into a masterpiece with a peak chapter every time imo. After the timeskip, that is when ChoujinX really soars, much like Tokio and his development after the timeskip
I read air gear in high school but never finished it and this has inspired me to go back and finish it. I really enjoyed Frieren and dungeon meishi so I will definitely give witch hat a try!
I definitely respect your opinion now that I’ve discovered Tower Dungeon and Centuria on your recommendation. I’ll have to give Witch Hat Atelier a read as I did enjoy both Frieren and Dungeon Meshi. Looking forward to more manga related videos 🤌🏼
A very good video and a very good list xD I need to get back into AirGear tho ^o^ It's really nice that you put Choujin and WitchHat as your top 2 since I've been recently studying both of their artstyles to try and better my own 0-0 Sui Ishida is my main inspiration, but man, WitchHat's art is amazing ^v^ **You should definitely pick up Gachiakuta, the art and story are really good imo!
Blame! Is my all time favorite...the one to take on desert island. So yeah I wll be picking new Tsutomu Nihei! Knights of Sidonia as anime was very very enjoyable and some moments sooo sad. Btw he has one semi-fantasy one or for sure less space-y Kaina of the Great Snow Sea
@@gemini2329 I'm not the biggest fan of chainsaw man although im not up-to-date so maybe the recent chapters might win me over. I don't think it would crack my top 5 tho.

@MangaLog As long as there aren't any sexual themes, inappropriate language, or over the top violence, I'm willing to get it for him for Christmas. So far he's only read Dragon Ball
