am I the only one who thinks this garbage and is really out of tune?? Loads of people just don't have musical ears at all. The recording of this song was absolutely phenomenal. This does not compare at all. Sorry
This song has a wide rang. He is varying the original melody and you can hear he is reaching a bit on the top notes but I would not say it’s really out of tune. It is a live acoustic and unique performance by one of music’s genuine geniuses

I don't think it is an overstatement to claim that this man is a legend.
Quite simply an outstanding masterpiece and sung brilliantly with great passion. This is without doubt one of the greatest songs ever written.
I love how close James is to snapping everytime in his voice but, he never does. Brilliant musician, one of the all time greats for sure.
I find that with learning "If you tolerate this" on guitar. I can't get anywhere near his vocal.
