It's a mixture of two themes if I remember correctly. Cattpucin mocha and desert theme for icons and toolbar.

hello how to reinstall sddm in arch linux tty3 ?
i install a sddm theme and next time the sddm not boot.

First you can try removing the theme from the config file (/etc/sddm) and see if that helps.

And if that doesn't help, first you need to stop the sddm service:
sudo systemctl disable sddm
Than you can remove the sddm package with:
sudo pacman -Rs sddm
and than you install it again with:
sudo pacman -S sddm
And than you can enable it again with:
sudo systemctl enable sddm
