How To Create Central Contract In SAP | Create Contract In SAP MM | SAP Outline Agreement

EXAMPLE:
In our company, there are two plants. 1000 and 0001. Our company has created a quantity contract with a vendor 1000 for 5000 quantities of 100-100 material code.
BUSINESS REQUIREMENT:
At time of creation of purchase order in sap, with reference to the contract, for two plants different net rate should apply. For example, for plant 1000, rate should be 90 EUR and plant 0001 100 EUR.
