Wrong thumbnail it supposed to be "how to stop a non vegetarian food to go in a vegetarian guest"... I have watched the whole video for getting the answer how to convince guest after serving a nonveg food, but the video was totally different... Sir i think this is the only hospitality page in TH-cam which is giving vast knowledge about Outlets.. But now it's seems like you are not taking it seriously and making anything irrelevant... I comments on your earlier post regarding the same.. Hope you will take this in a positive way & we will see you again in same way which you used to be.. And spreading more knowledge.. All the best... 😊
Sir is actually taking it seriously and for that reason only he is just warning us and has given us the 5 points that means the entire hotel staff coordination should be perfect. At the starting of the video, sir has already told that he won't be saying any magical tips that you could solve it instantly. Obviously you can't convince a vegetarian guest after making him/her eat non-vegetarian food. So before making a comment please think something relevant. Hope you will take this in a positive way. @@arnabdas8991 I totally understand your point buddy, Mishra ji actually saying how to avoid complain before happening, but the thumbnail is totally different. We also know we cannot make happy again a guest who already ate nonveg food.. But as a hotelier we also know how to take follow-up of food. So my concern is he should be change the thumbnail and should tell shortly at least what we can do after the wrong service... His most of the video is for the people who are pursuing their Hospitality course or the people who want to come in this sector... He should be focus on the people who already working in industry, because the majority of audience is from there only.. And by the way he never interact with his audience socially, if he want to go far in his TH-cam career he should be engage with people. See people like you are defending him....
