I voted for him every time I could. I know in 2016 they didn't count my vote. I registered for the primary voted for Sanders. By the general, I was no longer regarding to vote. I blame Hillary and her camp. That's a big reason she did not get my vote. Luckily, I was in same day registration state. I went home got my proof, and voted 3rd party. I know she stole Bernie from us. I wonder how many others this happened to. I think Americans tried, but the Elites wouldn't let us. And, Lbvs, us Bernie bros weren't the riot inducing type.

Basic economics. In other countries, doctors only prescribe the drug for diabetes. In the US, doctors prescribe the drug to every soccer mom who wants to lose ten pounds by next week. This causes demand to go up and supply to go down in the US, and sets the price a lot higher than it normally would be.

@@TheFrewah In the US most people take an Uber to the hospital because the ambulance ride costs 700 to start. Here in the US people go without medications because they are expensive. My friend'd got one medication that costs 30,000 per month due to a genetic condition. She obviously cannot pay for it. To give birth in the US you pay 30,000. So, pay those taxes, because you have better quality care and lower costs than the US.

You qualify for free medical insurance if you're financially struggling, if you make decent money tan you have to pay....you should look into that and possibly reapply.

Oh I forgot I have psoriatic arthritis and that medicine is free of charge😉

They charge the US that much because we don't negotiate. We just bend over. Insurance is complicit with drug and health companies. They have no incentive to set low prices. This is a feature of a for profit healthcare system folks. Private companies set prices as high as they want because demand is largely inelastic when dealing with healthcare. For many people you pay or die. This has nothing to do with paying Doctors and Drug researchers. We could easily pay these professionals for their skills and talents. Who we shouldn't be paying are shareholders and private capitalists for the privilege of accessing healthcare.

My aunt lives in Alberta Canada and she pays $25.00 for 3 months for Ozempic because she is a senior. Seniors can't be charged more than $25.00 per prescription and she can get 3 months for the same price for one month. Her blood sugar has been normal for the last year. That saves our country money because she hasn't had to go to the hospital since she started using Ozempic. That should be criminal what US citizens are paying.

Ozepic here in Australia I am paying $60 per month…our health system here is a 1st world support health and medication system. USA is 3rd world.
Have friends in the USA and when we compare our respective health systems and the differences are stark in the xtreme. Here in Australia having an affordable health system is treated as a right not a privilege. Our government Medicare health system works for ALL Australian’s not just for those that can afford it.
