Like you and talked on Soi 7 in Pattaya, yes, I'm that trucker from the US. The groups that basically flooded Phuket are also heavy in Na Jomtien, which means it's a matter of time that they authorities start looking hard at Pattaya and Jomtien. I can here to respect the people and culture of Thailand and stay pretty low key, there are others who came here thinking they are above the law, and they will get caught eventually. Sounds like the Thai law enforcement isn't playing around.
