Yes it makes no sense how so many witnesses were not impeached. I've seen countless witnesses and defendants be impeached quicker & for alot less. The trial continued to show how all of these people in the system mishandled evidence, at the very least.

Obviously the jurors didn’t understand that they needed to acquit her because of all of the reasonable doubt. I was so sure that they would have found her not guilty. There's no way they could have defended this case without pointing the finger at the McAlberts. You can't wrap your head around why she was set up by the police without it. I know I wouldn't have been convinced that more than one law enforcement entity would be involved if I didn't see the connection of the McAlberts. We all have the same right to be presumed innocent. I feel that the Jury didn't respect that right. I would like to know what evidence they relied on that convinced them beyond all reasonable doubt. People need to stop thinking the defense needs to prove their innocence, when the LAW is that the defense doesn't need to prove something that is a given. The prosecution needs to prove that she isn't innocent, with no doubt, reasonably!

The jury definitely got confused and shifted the burden to the defense. They need to stress if anything other than Karen hit him and he died could have happened you must say the didn't meet their burden. The judge also made sure that the jury instructions were so confusing, she let the third party culprits saddle up to the O'Keefes. Lally confused these jurors due to the ever shifting timeline but if we go hard on the science & highlight how the investigation was disaster and make sure the jury knows if the think Anything else other than the CW theory happened then they didn't meet their burden. There is the most reasonable doubt. They need to instruct the jury because Bev doesnt know how to clearly write instruction that explain what they are to deliberate on. Im so angry and will definitely donate to you and Karen until you both are free of this nonsense and taking these loosers to task in civil court!

Knowing it was a state police trooper who magically revealed a comment made by a juror at a bar a month prior, when no member of the public knew her identity, and wouldn't be able to report her comment to the court. Some absolutely do vote on emotion! I was picked for a jury a long time ago and what I saw in the deliberation room made me never ever want to have a jury trial if I were ever on trial. The next time they tried to pick me to be on a jury, I told them that I don't believe in a fair trial anymore after what went on in that jury room. They finally excused me after they verified that I was almost the cause of a mistrial the time before.

The tail light condition at 5AM Jan 29 seen on John’s driveway camera versus the picture in the sally port after the Lexus came back from Dighton should have been a show stopper early on in the trial… actually I think it should have prevented the trial because it proves the tail light shattering happened later in the day. For the next trial, the shattered taillight should be reinstalled in the Lexus and the lights and brakes tested on a dark morning to demonstrate that the destroyed tail light with nothing left but a silver reflector showing rearward won’t look anything like it did at 5 AM on John’s video. The crash daddies testimony was awesome but this is physical evidence that the tail light was “broken more” after Proctor took possession of the Lexus and thus belies Lally’s narrative that it was shattered by a hit and run.
Remember, the defense has to follow after what the prosecution puts out first. So, It’s not up to the defense on “presenting stuff first” Unless, You’re referring to when the defense gets to present their side (at the end of the trial) Which, Technically is still towards the end.

The key cycles don't have GPS coordinates or time and date stamps attached to them, I am 100% sure that the key cycle that CW say happened outside 34 Fairview, (Karen reversing 62ft at 24 mph hitting John) happened at Canton PD. This should be investigated, but most important is the main piece of evidence the black box data recorder that was apparently damaged accidently by Trooper Nick Gurion’s while he was removing the module. This means that Berla couldn't do an extraction of the data which could always prove exactly the whereabouts of Karen’s Lexus.

One thing to remember is we've been discussing the case for a long time and bouncing things off one another. Many of us follow actual lawyers, like LYK and Tilted Lawyer etc. also and learn how to be a juror by going with facts, evidence, and lack of evidence, what is credible etc. & not on emotion, and what reasonable doubt means. They don't get to discuss anything until they deliberate. We've had a lot more hours learning than they have. Some will absolutely go on emotion, and if they dont like KR, she's guilty period. They don't understand that even if she was guilty CW didn't prove it. That's Reasonable Doubt = Not Guilty. The improper investigation, biased Proctor, Science, physics, the ME and the dog bite Dr. sealed it for me. The McAlberts were the cherry on top, the gift that keeps giving. Higgins was a bit sketchy with throwing away at the military base, and having the lawyer at the witness box with him. I've never seen that before. Now defense has Proctor getting removed and they'll have more ammunition for a retrial. If anything more happens they'll use it. Prosecution is more locked down on what they can change. The CW and Canton PD have no credibility at this point. Jackson and Yanetti are a dream team. Karen needs to watch her back with Proctor, and Paul O'Keefe and McAlberts. There's no justice for John.
Cops don't begin in their job being corrupt for the most part. It's usually a learned behavior and it starts at the top. If the higher ups are corrupt they usually train the new cops to be corrupt just like them. It's called the bad apple.

Massachusetts has a higher standard than reasonable doubt. You must decide to a moral certainty.

The jury definitely got confused and shifted the burden to the defense. They need to stress if anything other than Karen hit him and he died could have happened you must say the didn't meet their burden. The judge also made sure that the jury instructions were so confusing, she let the third party culprits saddle up to the O'Keefes. Lally confused these jurors due to the ever shifting timeline but if we go hard on the science & highlight how the investigation was disaster and make sure the jury knows if the think Anything else other than the CW theory happened then they didn't meet their burden. There is the most reasonable doubt. They need to instruct the jury because Bev doesnt know how to clearly write instruction that explain what they are to deliberate on. Im so angry and will definitely donate to you and Karen until you both are free of this nonsense and taking these loosers to task in civil court!

Knowing it was a state police trooper who magically revealed a comment made by a juror at a bar a month prior, when no member of the public knew her identity, and wouldn't be able to report her comment to the court. And if it's true the bailiff refused the defense's request to see the lottery numbers pulled.

Some absolutely do vote on emotion! I was picked for a jury a long time ago and what I saw in the deliberation room made me never ever want to have a jury trial if I were ever on trial. The next time they tried to pick me to be on a jury, I told them that I don't believe in a fair trial anymore after what went on in that jury room. They finally excused me after they verified that I was almost the cause of a mistrial the time before.

The tail light condition at 5AM Jan 29 seen on John’s driveway camera versus the picture in the sally port after the Lexus came back from Dighton should have been a show stopper early on in the trial… actually I think it should have prevented the trial because it proves the tail light shattering happened later in the day.
For the next trial, the shattered taillight should be reinstalled in the Lexus and the lights and brakes tested on a dark morning to demonstrate that the destroyed tail light with nothing left but a silver reflector showing rearward won’t look anything like it did at 5 AM on John’s video. The crash daddies testimony was awesome but this is physical evidence that the tail light was “broken more” after Proctor took possession of the Lexus and thus belies Lally’s narrative that it was shattered by a hit and run.

The key cycles don't have GPS coordinates or time and date stamps attached to them, I am 100% sure that the key cycle that CW say happened outside 34 Fairview, (Karen reversing 62ft at 24 mph hitting John) happened at Canton PD. This should be investigated, but most important is the main piece of evidence the black box data recorder that was apparently damaged accidently by Trooper Nick Gurion’s while he was removing the module. This means that Berla couldn't do an extraction of the data which could always prove exactly the whereabouts of Karen’s Lexus.
I think it happened with tow truck driver at her parents house. Trooper Joseph Paul was not told about the car being towed.

The way the verdict slip was constructed, I dont think the jury could have voted NG on the top charge and hang on the lessers... it was "all or nothing" and THAT is why KRs lawyers were pissed...
Agree. The jury slips were changed in 2013, to include a not guilty box. Karen Reads jury slips were either old or changed back to not incude the not guilty box. Jackson was correct in asking that it should include the not guilty box. Corruption/deception at the top.

One thing to remember is we've been discussing the case for a long time and bouncing things off one another. Many of us follow actual lawyers, like LYK and Tilted Lawyer etc. also and learn how to be a juror by going with facts, evidence, and lack of evidence, what is credible etc. & not on emotion, and what reasonable doubt means. They don't get to discuss anything until they deliberate. We've had a lot more hours learning than they have.
Some will absolutely go on emotion, and if they dont like KR, she's guilty period. They don't understand that even if she was guilty CW didn't prove it. That's Reasonable Doubt = Not Guilty. The improper investigation, biased Proctor, Science, physics, the ME and the dog bite Dr. sealed it for me. The McAlberts were the cherry on top, the gift that keeps giving. Higgins was a bit sketchy with throwing away at the military base, and having the lawyer at the witness box with him. I've never seen that before.
Now defense has Proctor getting removed and they'll have more ammunition for a retrial. If anything more happens they'll use it. Prosecution is more locked down on what they can change. The CW and Canton PD have no credibility at this point. Jackson and Yanetti are a dream team.
Karen needs to watch her back with Proctor, and Paul O'Keefe and McAlberts.

Cops don't begin in their job being corrupt for the most part. It's usually a learned behavior and it starts at the top. If the higher ups are corrupt they usually train the new cops to be corrupt just like them. It's called the bad apple.

He is talking (shouting?) towards John. A big guy, either Brian or Chris pull his arm and redirect him away towards the left. You see Higgins' arm go up as if to flip down off, but the timestamp is in the way. Look at attorney Melanie Little's stream from Monday.
Defense needs to play/replay/replay those 10 seconds over and over next time. Then ask what did that text mean from Higgins to John? Perfect order of cross examination.
