None. Actually, RAM can go higher. I tried 6400 and worked fine. But not in the board specs. Yes tested the igpu . It's fine some aging games like borderlands .
there's a better cheaper more efficient option, the BD790i SE which costs 329 USD only. it has a 16-core Ryzen 9 7940HX CPU. aside from not having wifi, and 2x nvme gen4 slots, it's identical to its bigger cousin the BD790i SE.
What a great review of such a great little PC board! Just amazing what they did with the heat mitigation. Enough to turn me . . . from ATX that is 🙂 (don't know if I could live with the relatively sparse rear I/O though) . . . Thanks Laurent!

Good to see a review of this kind of board, waiting for the BD 790i version!
On it :)
Yeah would like to see how these compare. Just bought the BD790i
@@joeybeaudette83 Did you have the bios problem reported by many buyers?
Nothing so far
Performance wise I think there won't be a big difference but 2 gen 5 to 4 gen 4 will be about the only real difference. @joeybeaudette83
which one better ar900i or bd790i ?
Is this thing ever going to sell in the states? Or did it already? All I can find is getting it from europe.
Is there any ram installed? Also 5600 MT is very disappointing for intel.
Did you test the igpu?

the latest BD790i SE which costs a lot less at 329 USD (all-in with delivery ; after discount) has a more efficient 16-core 7940HX Ryzen 9 CPU?
Hi, what waterblock did you use that fits and covers the power caps, etc?
All provided by EKWB :)
@@Laurentschoice thanks can you tell me the specific model?
Yes! Happy to see another review! Muchas gracias ❤
Informative good video, nice mini ITX board 👍🏼
Do this board have usb-c front connector?
Not that I can remember. Double check in the video . I think they are all in the back
@@Laurentschoice Anyway I just ordered it, thanks to your review I'm moving to ITX.
Is the 2.5 Gbe from Intel or....?
Intel indeed step 3
Welcome back, Laurent. I prefer the asrock deskmini approach as to choose frok more parts.
Oooohhhh... Will look at it
Wich one is better, AR9000i or BD790i?
I'd go with AR900i because BD790i has a few hardware flaws that require new revision of the whole board. BD770i doesn't have issues.

Dis guy looks like Tom Cruise if he decided to just chill and tinker.
