If fuel is getting to the rail, maybe the injectors are clogged. I had the similar problem with a car not starting after sitting for a while, cleaned the injectors and started right up.

There's a possibility that the injectors are clogged, or has a bad fuse/ relay. Since the car was sitting for so long.
