He's the father of practically every rat in Clan Moulder... so he should be pretty proud. Don't know how he's able to spend so much time being a lord when he spends most of his time banging brood mothers and engorging himself (lore wise) though.
It's mostly because extracting voice lines from the game are a massive pain in the ass from what I heard. Probably a preventative measure on CA's part to prevent possible future content leaks, since voice acting tends to be done well-ahead of time in development of content. Great example is how all four base game races had dialogue for Tomb Kings on release of Warhammer II.

He doesn't have the same voice as Skrolk, the guy who voiced Throt got the job from a TH-cam video he did a few months back. They have pretty distinct differences in voices, so I'm not really sure how you got the impression they have the same voice. Just look up Skrolk's diplomacy lines and you'll pretty much immediately hear a difference.

Yea the voice direction in the game isn't good, a lot of the characters sounds the same even when they're voice by different people
