Not exactly that good of a place but what a lot of people fail or ignore to realize is that we are living in a different day & time now, yes violence does still occur in any big city as well as small rural places but there has been improvements over the last 5 decades regarding the same. Back in the 1980’s & early 90’s especially the crack epidemic era & the “ real Gangwars “ before social media & the internet took off life was harder & more dangerous…..I use to post under Charlie’s videos all the time but haven’t in a very long time. I live in California up North & I visit Oakland & Sacramento all the time & I visited Los Angeles maybe 10 times since moving to California 4 years ago. But back in the 1980’s & early 1990’s it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to walk certain streets if you not from the area even IF you mind your own business, people were just more violent/ hungry but in this generation a lot of people no longer harass people because they say it’s too many cameras around & there’s always someone nearby with a cellphone that can record in a second & also we have a lot more people getting TH-cam money etc but back before the internet/ social media folks had to rely on crimes in these big cities to get money & infact you would hear it in a lot of our rap legends lyrics….I remember on Nas first album the legendary “ Illmatic “ Nas said they use to rob foreigners etc etc & plenty of rappers have said if it wasn’t for rap they would be running up in your crib etc…not trying to piss anybody off but just keeping it 💯 a lot of our youth who couldn’t get a job back in the 80’s & early 90’s because of the clothes they wore not only are able to get regular jobs but a lot are killing it on TH-cam now & making more money than a lot of our parents who worked there entire lives…Charlie ain’t the only brother making a lot of money from TH-cam but you got these kids that do pranks & some that do these dating skits etc are making so much money that they are living comfortable & it’s all from TH-cam…..I have a small TH-cam channel & I get a little bit of money but nothing close to these people with 50k subscribers or more…So I know the numbers & I can look at a persons views & know what ballpark they are in as far as what they are getting paid.

Snake Plissken made it to LA
Consider putting some more specific routes or addresses in the description. Sometimes I am curious to read more about places I see in these videos, but unless you aim the camera at the street signs repeatedly, it’s difficult to know where you are.
Gta6 pov walkthrough looking good 😂
The USA: A third-world country with a Gucci belt.
I’m from Kentucky and yes we all struggle here because 75% of us are poor.. but we still onlu have one or two homeless people at our Walmart. But this ?😳 blows my mind, if I was homeless I would go live in the woods not the streets

No, It's the small area of Skid Row in the industrial zone of DTLA and a couple of blocks of Alvardo near MacArthur Park.
@@mrxman581no what foo? We know what’s up here, LA has always been crazy, but yes it was worse back then way fkn worse. 213 all day.

I always wanted to visit the US, especially LA. But this looks horrible. Has it always been like that ? I live in Denmark, so i really don’t understand how so many people live like that. Please explain some one 😊
If this is USA then i am fine in South Africa.
Lived in SA and never felt as on edge as a brief stop in LA
It's just LA. Cities with less population are better to live. Sacramento is pure gold
Can i ask please do you use a bodycam to record? Just curious. Great content btw
Seeing homeless makes me sad. Really sad. Some are homeless due to drugs or violence in families etc.
some of the other people look menacing, dangerous. This place is scary.

Funny how people treat LA like high school just hanging out at random places. 😂 I hope one Day LA gets all this cleaned up and moat get the help they need. 😢

This is not the LA I remember when I played L.A. Noire.
It’s nice to see that people are still civil, despite their own paths and issues.
This 4K walking video is amazing! It feels like I'm right there exploring the city. Perfect for a virtual escape. Great work🎉😊
Greetings from Oslo 🇧🇻😎🌎
Not sure why you'd want to escape beautiful Norway for the garbage, drug-addicted streets of Los Angeles, but to each their own. I'd rather virtually visit Oslo than LA.

this video is actually history. just imagine how useful this would be for later generations to see how life was in certain parts of the world.
Thanks for the video
Reminds me of when I got into downtown Seattle at midnight because my flight got delayed...feared for my life. I'm a well travelled European but never had a bigger culture shock in my life tbh.
I went to Seattle in 2015 and the first thing a native asked me was “Got any weed?”
Los Fallen Angels
I just have to ask, do you have a limp when you walk?
You always know that you're far from Beverly Hills when shirtless guys can be seen stomping and dancing at bus stops.
What camera do you use to film this? Thanks.
this is the part of the game where you have to fake being a zombie to pass through the area

It would certainly be a good idea to blend in.

Wowsers. I remember going to that Westlake Theatre, expecting to see a grand old building nicely preserved, yet all I saw was a decrepit swap meet using it, with various vendors and homeless people lining the sidewalk outside.

Charlie, is the food at Yoshinoya any good?
I was curious and actually went to one in LA. It was pretty good, I had Teriaki Salmon. I think those are only in Southern California.
Yoshi is a Cali thing but it really comes from Japan. I actually been inside the yoshi in this video lol met 2 guys who were high on a crazy psychedelic, crazy times.
I went to the one on MLK blvd and Vermont.
What are the tourist streets? Cause I went as a tourist last year, stayed in east hollywood, and a lot of it looked like this

I hope this is sarcasm. If not, room-temperature IQ
