Congratulations with the nail progress!! 🎉 My nails are like paper since I started taking tamoxifen after breast cancer. Mine spilt into the quick sometimes, especially my thumbs. Anyway, I use nut picks for tasks that require a fingernail assist, the really basic kind our moms used for walnuts. I also sometimes wear the Dashing Diva sticker nails to prevent a further spilt. Maybe the sticker nails could help remind you if you go in for a nimble. 🤔 Old habits are hard to shift, so I’m truly happy for you. 🥰
