@@crystalblue6519 If whole INSERT Tab Couldn't find it. You can go to File >> Option > Customize Ribbon you will see Choose commands from: Dropdown and Choose Main Tabs.
Can I ask why the inserted picture appears in every single shape separately. It just doesn't work for me or am I wrong with anything? I really hope that you could help me, because it is such an interesting presentation idea!

How do I select the shapes as a group?
Ctrl + Click then Right Click > Group.

You need to select all shape and group it
