Who else thinks that Sam should play Hercules in the live action Disney version?
Nah I’ve seen too many Hercules as it is. The character deserves a break until they branch off

Well . . . throughout the years Sam has been letting us know how proud he's of his sword, and he likes to remind us once in a while lest we forget. But Cait is (almost) always next to him when he does, so 🤷 I think her reaction is what he most enjoys about it. 😁

Absolutely was Claire in the book who the "Sun came out" phrase belonged to.... I was very disappointed that it was swapped in the TV show.

Sam was right about the sun coming out line. It was in Dragonfly in Amber, when he comes back to her after released from prison, after her miscarriage. Claire says it about Jamie.

Yes Sam was correct Diana's book refers to Jamie stepping outside and the sun shone! For me too. How gallant he was. "Your servant mistress" and that bow with the arm and hand motion! Thought about the servant part and how servicing of a lady was used. Very hot!!

Actually, Sam was correct about the sunny day comment in regards to the book. It was Claire talking about Jamie. And the Ron Moore line to Terry was every day I find I love you more than the day before.

This is my first time hearing the actors talk outside of their roles and 1: I knew that American accent was fake, 2: I was not expecting Claire's actor to be Irish, and 3: I can't tell if Jaime's actor is speaking with a much weaker Scottish accent than I expected or if he's not talking with one at all and my brain is imprinting one on him

Every time I watch or read Outlander, Jamie reminds me of my husband. He's said the same thing about not being able to bear my pain during delivery 😅 he's black belt in multiple martial arts, has had arms and legs broken or dislocated and popped back into place many time, was a butcher so can slaughter lambs and chickens, but he can't keep put when I'm in labor and don't ask him to cut the cord, he's too scared of hurting me.
😅 he's the Moroccan equivalent of Jamie.
