I used to pray the Rosary everyday walking to and from school, sometimes even on my lunch breaks, but in secret because high school kids are mean and I didn't want to be ridiculed. After I went to university, got a boyfriend, a job, and a car, I sadly stopped praying it. I hung one on my rear view mirror, but that is not the same of course, and I only prayed it occasionally. I spent the last few years struggling with my faith on a off, but I am going to pick it up again and pray it everyday - this time I won't get distracted. It's a powerful Spiritual Weapon that must be used.

I've been praying the rosary each night with the video for the last couple of days to help me sleep on time, while if i'm just a little sleepy, it would take me much longer time to sleep because of my over active mind or I'm just not tired enough and I'd sleep 1-2 hrs later but with the rosary within 10-20 beads ,by no fail , even if I'm little sleepy , I fall asleep pretty quickly. Of course as I say it, I'm not saying it vainly, I do pray it with sincerity and meditate on the mysteries because I do want to get close to my lady and lord as well. I haven't been active in my faith lately , I just thought at least it can start me off in getting in the habit to say the rosary and to get me back on track spiritually even if I don't finish it. But I have noticed that these last couple of days I feel really good and wide awake even if I wake up earlier than I usually do or have woken up while asleep which happens often. I think I have some type of insomnia. plus , my body tends to want 9-10hrs or more of sleep on normal days where I don't have to wake up at a certain time, but my body has been feeling great with even just 6 1/2hrs (if i have to wake up earlier) or 7-7 1/2 hours which is unusual for me. I will update in a week in regards to this and where im at spiritually. Please keep me in your guys' prayers 🙏 ❤
