This story and the quality of the production deserves to be a full-length movie. I’d start at the point where her transcript is discovered by someone who recognizes the genius they contain, and then her story unfolds in flashback-from her childhood through to her tragic death.
@@donnawanna9833 Not yet. Thanks for asking. I’m currently finishing a novel I started writing before my husband died. It’s taken a while for me to get back on my feet.
Wow, what lucky find! Beautifully done, fairly accurate. Did others spot the Lord Byron portrait behind Ada in the meeting? She never met her father. Unfortunately, Ada was so wracked with cancer, she was only comfortable on the floor. Charles Babbage had descendants up to the present day, & in America. This woman deserved a film made about her, I always thought. Thanks for this one!
Ada Lovelace Day is an annual event celebrated on the second Tuesday of October,[100] which began in 2009.[101] Its goal is to "... raise the profile of women in science, technology, engineering, and maths," and to "create new role models for girls and women" in these fields. Events have included Wikipedia edit-a-thons with the aim of improving the representation of women on Wikipedia in terms of articles and editors to reduce unintended gender bias on Wikipedia.

Ada Lovelace was ahead of her time especially for her genius in Math.
Brave and courageous, Ada Lovelace was.
She was so smart!!
The things the men thought about women were incorrect and also hurtful and made no sense whatsoever back then.
Poor, young Ada Lovelace, she was not taken very seriously by her male peers nor by her elders that were also male.
very interesting!!! more movies like this; short and too the point!
I am no expert in history, but, i have seen movies and tv series and also have read books on historical events, and also historical figures.
Ada Lovelace would not live to see her life's work accomplished. She knew she was dying of cancer.

Women were little more than pawns in their world. They took full advantage of the laws of the time.
? 18 minutes isn’t a full movie ?
The male guests did not show respect nor were they interested in what this young lady had to tell them.
