Exclusive: Mid Staffs trusts had access to records

An official report is due out in the next few weeks into neglect at Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust. New evidence seen by Channel 4 News casts doubts on the trust's denial that it knew nothing about the extent of the death rate at the hospital.
