I've been practicing this just for a couple days and i already feel the improvement in my technique!! this and the carving tutorial have been the most helpful for this beginner. thanks a lot!!
I have watched so many tutorials. I am totally new to roller-skating ( just 2 days into this) and I hate those supper long, boring ones. You go right to the point and explain things so well and the visuals are awesome! You might have some but I wonder if you can talk about people who have been injured in other sports and are scared and set back by that.
I just got new roller skates, after using roller BLADES my whole life and the difference is so big that I have to relearn everything, thanks for the tutorials!!
Yeah the different balance and edging takes some time to get use to, but once you get comfortable with that, I'm sure you'll be rolling around in no time.
@@ShortysSkateSeries i did it as a kid but stoped cause we sucked and no one would allow us to profess to the next stage EVEN THO WE WERE DOING IT RIGH
after watching this yesterday i went out to skate last night and i felt like my bubbles improved a lot, i was able to put a lot of power into them instead of just moving my feet in and out. the way you explain/demo them really helped it click for me!
Someone put thumbs down and it wasn't me, i'd like to hear their reason as I may of missed something because this was perfect. Well done Shorty on a good tutorial and when it comes to safety being sexy... so are you :) Cheers gumby xx Peace
Typically Led wheels are hybrid/outdoor so are around 83a hardness. So you should look at something harder. What type of skating are you looking to do and surface you are skating on?
You're the best skate tutorial channel! no exras, blogging or talking about random stuff - just skating love it

Wow, thank you! I get nervous talking in front of the camera so I try to limit that as much as possible. 😅
Agreed. I am so fed up with having to skip through life stories just to get to the skill 😅

Thanks for the tips, may I ask where to get the knee guards similar to yours?

I've also heard Bubbles called Scissors and Lemons 😂
Ahh yes. I've heard them called scissors before but lemons is new. I can see it! 🍋

With the Bonts do you feel like you need any extra toe guards? I bought some Parkstars and didn’t buy any toe guards because of the bumper.
Sorry for the late reply. No I don't usually wear toe guards until my bumpers are worn out and I'm too lazy to replace them. 😅
@@ShortysSkateSeries hah thanks!

My but cheek does not agree with this Tutorial, so I got it some extra but saviors.
I also use butt pads too sometimes.
