We know Billy is not getting fired in the next year or so. But have a little faith with the fact that he can get a team to point where it's good enough that an even better coach could come in and he could go.
How are the hell are the Bulls not injury ridden? Zach LaVine Lonzo ball Julian Phillips Patrick Williams. Andre Drummond playing injured Caruso playing injured. I guess I'm confused ESPN.
Makes no difference we seen how they played when they were all healthy for years, this year didnt they started the season 4 and 14.

@@ZorohudsonBulls rookie they drafted this last draft. Didn't play a whole lot and needs work but definitely looks like he could be a solid part of the rotation as early as next year depending on how well he develops this off season

I dont understand if you dont want rebuild fine you can at lease retool around the young players take page out of the Knicks take on bad contracts to get draft picks but dont take on bad contracts that take up most of your timeline

Keep Drum for rebounding and backup help. Other than that, I’d be open to trading demar 1or2 years to get either a younger vet or picks and that way Denar can go win a chip.
Good info and thoughts but you need a better mic for recording at home. You can hear a lot of the room echo and it muddles up the sound.

We gotta focus on developing our young players, build our core, developing our core and have coby white, ayo and Patrick Williams be our 3 of that young core. Build thru the draft, develop these guys and build that future contender. Like How AK did in Denver.
Sign and trade Pat Williams to San Antonio for Keldon Johnson and get your top 10 protected pick back. Works for both teams.

Keldon Johnson plays the same position as pat but isn't a good rebounder, shooter or defender. Bad trade for us

This is why there should be caveats to the Play-In tournament. It should only take place if the 9 & 10th placed team are over .500 like it was in the west. There shouldn’t have been play-in games for the east this year.

It's out of hand a little but he's a $20-25m guy on a good team and he's making $45m for three more seasons and has played over 70 games once in the past 8 years and isn't a good defender

You're right. We can't trade Lavine until he proves he can play again. So that's at least until trade deadline next season. We're not going to get a good return on this trade. Maybe should try to get a first round draft pick. Start the rebuild...

Except Chicago has to attach picks to trade their big names whereas OKC had the Clippers backing up the truck so they could pair Kawhi and PG. And Westbrook was still good enough -- and Morey was desperate enough -- to warrant 4 picks because CP was viewed as washed.
LaVine, Lonzo and probably Vucevic all have negative value. (GS might want Vuc but idk who else.) They are CP in this scenario not Westbrook
You could trade Coby White and Pat Williams for Ivey and Detroit's pick if that does anything for you
Any contender would give you a first for Caruso (or White) but it'd be in 7 years.

They should’ve blew this up at last year’s trade deadline. We knew then this team had no chance of contending. They should’ve at minimum traded Lavine instead paying him the super max, thus making him virtually untradable. Gut the whole team and start over. Everyone is for sell. The AK regime has to end. He can’t draft and he has failed to manage the cap effectively.
It is going to be a long off-season in Chicago
Donovan isn't the problem. Money tied up in Ball, Lavine, and Vuc is the biggest issue.

I can name teams that have worse records with better rosters. Atlanta, Memphis, Toronto, and Brooklyn all have better rosters. Should Drummond get more minutes? That's a fair criticism. Outside of that, what else could he have done?
The issue with this is bulls play in the weak east. With this record from this season,had we been in the west we wouldn’t even sniffed the play-in. We had 39 wins and the 9th seed. 10 seed in the west had 46 wins. Donovan is a terrible NBA coach.

If you think for 1 minutes that Donovan isn't the problem, then you don't know basketball. He's exactly the problem. He can coach. Yes AK tied up a lot of money in those you've mentioned, but injuries are apart of the game. You can't tell me that the few players we get were pretty good shooters on other teams, but no sooner than they come over to the bulls . They all of a sudden can't shoot? Yes Donovan is the problem

lol - yes Chicago needs to rebuild and has issues. But such a homer to say Heat has injury issues while completely discounting Chicago has 6 players injured, including max paid Lavine. In playoffs you need stars, Heat doesn’t have any. Butler is in twilight years and is not that guy. Both bulls and Heat are terrible teams.
